Abstract:
An electronic whiteboard to display visual information including handwritten data superimposed with a display image, includes a unit to authenticate a user; a unit to obtain user identification information for identifying the user in case where authentication of the user has succeeded; a unit to store the visual information associated with the user identification information; a unit to read the visual information associated with the user identification information; a unit to display the visual information; a unit to set a mail address of the electronic whiteboard as a transmission source, and to transmit the visual information to a specified destination by an e-mail; a unit to store the mail address of the user associated with the user identification information; and a unit to replace the transmission source by using the specified mail address of the user if the authentication of the user has succeeded.
Abstract:
An information processing terminal includes: circuitry to receive from a management system via a network, a candidate identifier of each one of one or more candidate counterpart information processing terminals that are previously registered for the information processing terminal; and to determine, in response to acceptance of an identifier that has been input, whether the accepted identifier matches any one of the candidate identifiers being received. Based on a determination indicating that the accepted identifier matches any one of the candidate identifiers, the circuitry transmits to the management system first request information requesting to start communication with the candidate counterpart information processing terminal identified with the accepted identifier. Based on a determination indicating that the accepted identifier does not match any one of the candidate identifiers, transmit to the management system second request information requesting to start communication with a counterpart information processing terminal identified with the accepted identifier, the circuitry transmits the second request information including destination information that differs from destination information included in the first request information.

Abstract:
A communication management system starts transmission of first image data captured at a first communication terminal to a second communication terminal through a communication session for display at the second communication terminal, and in response to receiving a communication start request for starting communication with the second communication terminal from the first communication terminal, starts transmission of second image data and second audio data respectively captured at the second communication terminal to the first communication terminal, and first audio data captured at the first communication terminal to the second communication terminal, through the communication session, to enable communication between the first communication terminal and the second communication terminal.
Abstract:
Described herein is a server for managing a communication system including a plurality of terminals. The server includes circuitry configured to in response to an initiation request from an initiating terminal, generate a session ID and allocate a relay device, update the session management database based on the generated session ID and allocated relay device, transmit information identifying the generated session ID and the allocated relay device to the initiating terminal and destination terminals identified by the requesting terminal, establish a content data session between the requesting terminal and the one or more destination terminals, designate an owner terminal and one or more participating terminals for the content data session from the requesting terminal and the destination terminals based on information in a terminal management database, and instruct transmission of sound permission instructions to the owner terminal and sound restriction instructions to the one or more participating terminals.
Abstract:
A speaker diaphragm 1 includes a first diaphragm portion 5, a second diaphragm portion 6 integrally molded with the first diaphragm portion 5, and a bobbin-receiving portion 7 protruding from a back side of a connecting portion between the first diaphragm portion 5 and the second diaphragm portion 6, with one end of a voice coil bobbin 2 being bonded to the bobbin-receiving portion 7. The bobbin-receiving portion 7 includes a first extension 8 extending backwards from the first diaphragm portion 5 and a second extension 9 extending backwards from the second diaphragm portion 6. A bobbin-receiving groove 10 is defined between the first extension 8 and the second extension 9. The voice coil bobbin 2 is inserted in and bonded to the bobbin-receiving groove 10.
Abstract:
An information processing terminal, includes: a receiver to receive from a management system via a network, a candidate identifier of each one of one or more candidate counterpart information processing terminals that are previously registered for the information processing terminal; and circuitry to control a display to display a candidate list including the candidate identifiers. The circuitry determines, in response to acceptance of an identifier that has been input, whether the accepted identifier matches any one of the candidate identifiers on the candidate list. When the accepted identifier matches one of the candidate identifiers, the circuitry causes the candidate identifier that matches the accepted identifier to be displayed differently from other candidate identifies on the candidate list, such that the candidate identifier that matches the accepted identifier is noticeable.
Abstract:
A control system includes a receiver configured to receive information relating to starting or ending a call between a first communications terminal and a second communications terminal while a session, which is for sending content data between the first communications terminal and the second communications terminal, is established; and a transmitter configured to send, to the first communications terminal, control information for starting output of content based on content data sent from the second communications terminal, in response to receiving the information relating to starting the call by the receiver, and to send, to the first communications terminal, the control information for stopping output of the content based on the content data sent from the second communications terminal, in response to receiving the information relating to ending the call by the receiver.
Abstract:
An information processing apparatus for communication with an information processing device via a network disclosed. The information processing apparatus includes a display controlling unit configured to perform display control on a first screen that displays image data transmitted from the information processing device or on a second screen that displays information about the information processing device; and a first instruction receiving unit configured to receive a switching instruction to switch the first screen to the second screen. The display controlling unit performs the display control in a case where the first instruction receiving unit receives the switching instruction, such that auxiliary information about communication with the information processing device, the auxiliary information being displayed on the first screen, is not displayed on the second screen.
