Exemplary implementations may: transmit transmission signals from a headset to the base station, receive reception signals by the headset from the base station; capture audio information from a first crew member, generate sound based on the received reception signals, generate the transmission signals to form a headset-specific uplink packet based on the captured audio information; generate semantic information based on the headset-specific uplink packet, wherein the semantic information includes one or more individual words; determine one or more commands that modify operation of the communication system, based on the semantic information, and facilitate execution of the one or more commands to control and/or modify the operation of the communication system.

Content visibility customizations are applied to a view of shared information by respective participants during screen sharing in a web conferencing meeting using content visibility control settings. Content visibility is adjusted via adaptive learning based on frequency and type of screen sharing previously completed between a content presenter and respective participants of the web conferencing meeting. Content masking is applied adaptively based on monitoring the shared information and correlating the shared information with respective participants by retrieving meeting information prior to the web conferencing meeting and retrieving screen capture attributes from metadata of the web conferencing meeting that are mapped to the shared information being displayed on screens corresponding to respective participants.

Abstract: Systems and methods for setting up live online conversations between people, and selecting participants for such conversations in a manner that optimizes the enjoyment of the participants. Conversations are analyzed and attributes of participants and conversations are extracted from the audio of the conversations. A quality level of the conversations is determined from the audio, and subjective quality assessments may be received from participants. Participants and conversations are divided into classes and clusters, where the classes and clusters represent groups of entities which have certain attributes in common. Based on the attributes, classes, clusters, and quality levels, compatibilities are determined between arbitrary pairs of participants and for arbitrary groups of participants. Conversations are generated, and participants are selected for the conversations based on the determined compatibilities.

Abstract: A system and method for controlling multi-party communication during video conferences communicatively connects with at least two participating terminals, each manned by one participant in the conference. A control module can control the volume of other participating terminals and adjust the volumes of microphones of simultaneous speakers, to be louder, fainter, or muted, depending on assigned priority of each participant, for orderly control of conferences and as an overall recording.

Abstract: When a multimedia conference between multiple users at multiple locations is established, a first cursor controlled by a first user in a first location is provided. A first event associated with the multimedia conference is detected. In response to detecting the first event associated with the multimedia conference, control of cursors in the multimedia conference can be handled in various ways to enhance the multimedia conference. For example, control of the first cursor can be switched from the first user to a second user at a second location, a second cursor can be provided to the multimedia conference that is controlled by the second user, or control of the first cursor can be merged so that the first cursor can be controlled by both the first user and the second user. This allows for enhanced control of the cursor in the multimedia conference that more closely resembles an in-person conference.
