    Abstract: A board-to-board connector assembly includes a receptacle connector and a plug connector mated with each other. The receptacle connector includes a first body, first terminals and a pair of first metal members. The first body includes an island structure and a first receiving slot surrounding the island structure. The first terminals are respectively disposed on a first side and a second side of the first receiving slot, the first and second sides being opposite to each other. The first metal members are respectively disposed on a third side and a fourth side of the first receiving slot, the third and fourth sides being opposite to each other. The first metal member includes a base extending to a bottom on the third side or a bottom on the fourth side, and a pair of first elastic arms extending from the base and facing away from each other.

    Abstract: The invention relates to an electrical connector assembly comprising a first connector and a second connector. The first connector comprises a first insulating body and first terminals. The first insulating body comprises an inserting wall. The first terminal comprises a U-shaped segment fixed to the inserting wall and a first soldering foot. Two outer surfaces of the U-shaped segment respectively comprise a coupling part. The second connector comprises a second insulating body and second terminals. The second insulating body comprises a receiving trough, separating plates, and separating troughs. The receiving trough matches the inserting wall. The separating plate comprises a first chamfer and a second chamfer. The second terminal comprises a pair of elastic arms, a main arm, and a second soldering foot. The pair of elastic arms is fixed in the receiving trough and matches the U-shaped segment. The main arm is disposed in the separating trough.

    Abstract: An electrical connector assembly includes an electrical plug connector and an electrical receptacle connector corresponding to the electrical plug connector. The electrical plug connector includes a plug insulated housing as well as plug terminals and buckling portions on the plug insulated housing. The electrical receptacle connector includes a receptacle insulated housing as well as receptacle terminals and locking components on the receptacle insulated housing. The locking components at the two sides of the electrical receptacle connector are firmly buckled with the buckling portions at the two sides of the electrical plug connector. Therefore, during the use of the electrical connector assembly, the electrical plug connector can be prevented from detaching off the electrical receptacle connector.
