Abstract: A water dispersable film-forming composition is disclosed. The composition comprises pullulan, sugar alcohol, and amino acid. The composition forms a moisturizing and transparent film. The composition provides an excellent rolling feeling when the contents are initially applied, thereby facilitating skin massage. Also, after rapid absorption of the composition into the skin, the viscosity increases again and absorption takes place, providing a feeling of a lot of nutrients and flexible film.
