摘要： A method of forming a polyurethane article wherein first and second components of a polyurethane system are sprayed into an unconfined space above a mold. The first and second components are sprayed together to mix initially in the space above the mold and then are deposited in the mold on an in-mold coating that was previously applied to the mold. The two components of the polyurethane system and in-mold coating are subsequently removed from the mold as a flexible polyurethane skin. The skin may then be placed in a second mold along with a reinforcement. Structural polyurethane foam may then be injected to the second mold where it bonds to the reinforcement and the skin to form a finished polyurethane article having a flexible skin adhered to its surface. A post-mix spray nozzle assembly is provided with a central nozzle forming a first hollow conical spray pattern and a coaxially aligned annular nozzle forming a second hollow conical spray pattern. The first and second hollow conical spray patterns intersect in space remote from the nozzle and form a hollow circular spray pattern.

摘要： The present invention provides a window frame design that is adapted to receive at least two light-panels. The window frame comprises a stepped frame section that includes a lower step surface and an upper step surface. The lower step surface is adapted to receive a first light-panel so that a section of the first light-panel lies flush against the lower step surface. Similarly, the upper step surface is adapted to receive a second light-panel so that the second light-panel lies flush against the upper step surface. The window frame design of the invention can be either incorporated into a skylight frame that may be attached to a curb unit on a roof or it may be an integral part of a skylight frame-curb assembly that also contains a curb section. In another embodiment of the invention, a window frame design which directly incorporates one or more light-panels during molding is provided.

The invention discloses various embodiments for obtaining a desired sleeve length. 摘要： A reciprocating saw is provided having a motor oriented within a housing for operably driving a saw bar and blade holder in a reciprocating motion. The blade holder has a longitudinal slot for receiving a saw blade, and a transverse aperture extending into the longitudinal slot for receiving a follower. A sleeve is pivotally mounted upon the body, and has a circum-axial cam groove formed therein cooperating with the follower. Rotation in a first lock direction urges the follower into the longitudinal slot for engaging the saw blade and rotation of the sleeve in a second unlock direction allows the follower to retract. A biasing member is included for biasing the sleeve in the first lock direction. The sleeve central bore is adapted to provide clearance for the follower such that the sleeve is permitted to axially translate relative to the body for assembly or disassembly of the blade holder.

摘要： A motorized electric toothbrush in a display package includes a first switch to facilitate automatic motorized operation of the toothbrush. When the first switch is in one position, applying a force to a brush head portion of the toothbrush actuates a second switch and causes the motor to engage. A package body includes a flexible portion to allow an operator to apply a force to the brush head portion through the package body. The removable brush head portion is easily replaced when the bristles become worn, or to allow use of the toothbrush by another user.

摘要： A hammer drill has a motor which drives an axially displaceable intermediate gear mounted in an intermediate gear arrangement. An impact mechanism is formed by including interacting impact cams between either the intermediate gear and the housing, or the motor armature shaft and the housing to generate a reciprocating motion on an output spindle or shaft. A spindle locking mechanism is included which causes an intermediate gear to be disengageable with respect to the output shaft, while still permitting the impact mechanism to be engaged. Such an arrangement allows the hammer drill to operate in a hammer-only or chipping mode.
