Abstract: An apparatus of user equipment (UE) includes processing circuitry coupled to a memory, where to configure the UE for New Radio (NR) vehicle-to-everything (V2X) sidelink communication. The processing circuitry is to determine a set of candidate resources of the UE from a sidelink resource pool, the sidelink resource divided into multiple time slots, frequency channels, and frequency sub-channels. Sidelink control information (SCI) is encoded for transmission to a second UE via a physical sidelink control channel (PSCCH). The SCI indicates a plurality of transmission resources of the set of candidate resources. A transport block is mapped across the plurality of transmission resources. A physical sidelink shared channel (PSSCH) is encoded for transmission to the second UE using the plurality of transmission resources, the PSSCH encoded to include the mapped transport block.

Abstract: An apparatus of a user equipment (UE), comprises one or more baseband processors to receive one or more subframes from a cell of a network, and to detect a Cell Specific Reference Signal (CRS) transmission pattern in the one or more subframes to determine whether CRS mitigation is used by the cell, wherein the one or more baseband processors are to adjust processing of the one or more subframes when CRS mitigation is used. The apparatus further includes a memory to store the one or more subframes.

Abstract: An approach is described to for new radio (NR) antenna test function (ATF) measurements by a user equipment (UE). The approach includes measuring a first average phase of receive signals on resource elements that carry secondary synchronization signals (SS) received by a reference individual receiver branch. The approach also includes measuring a second average phase of the receive signals on the resource elements that carry secondary synchronization signals received by one other individual receiver branch different from the reference individual receiver branch. The approach further includes determining a difference between the first average phase and the second average phase. An indication of the difference is reported to test equipment.
