摘要: A system and method for clustering wavefront signals in an electrophysiological map of a cardiac tissue are provided. The system and method include receiving an electrophysiological map of the cardiac tissue, displaying propagation of the wavefront signals as a plurality of velocity vectors, discretizing the received electrophysiological map into a plurality of sections, clustering the velocity vectors into at least one group within each section based on predefined criteria, and generating a trend line representative of each group of clustered velocity vectors within each section in the electrophysiological map.

摘要: In one embodiment, a medical system includes a catheter to be inserted into a chamber of a heart, and including electrodes to capture electrical activity of tissue of the chamber over time, a display, and processing circuitry configured to compute a propagation of a cardiac activation wave over an anatomical map of the chamber from a start time in a cardiac cycle to an end time in the cardiac cycle responsively to the captured electrical activity, render to the display a sub-region of the anatomical map, select a time-bounded portion of the propagation of the cardiac activation wave commencing at a time after the start time responsively to when the propagation would commence to be rendered in the sub-region of the anatomical map, and render to the display the time-bound portion of the propagation of the cardiac activation wave on the sub-region of the anatomical map.

A first image, which includes an endoscopic view of the 3D image from a direction facing the POI, is produced. A second image, which includes a sectional view of the 3D image that is clipped by the POI, is produced, and the first and second images are displayed to a user.

摘要: A system and method performed in association with medical equipment in a medical procedure are disclosed. The system and method include measuring at least one electrical signal in the medical procedure, rendering a depiction of the medical procedure on a display, representing the measured at least one electrical signal on the display in conjunction with the rendering of the medical procedure, recording the location of at least one piece of medical equipment during the medical procedure, processing the recorded location of at least one piece of medical equipment, depicting the value of signals measured via the at least one piece of medical equipment, and providing an output that correlates the processed recorded location of at least one piece of medical equipment with the depicted signals measured via the at least one piece of medical equipment at the processed recorded location by the at least one piece of medical equipment.
