Abstract: Data collected by an electrophysiology catheter during an ablation procedure. such as a pulmonary vein isolation, can be visualized using an electroanatomical mapping system. The mapping system receives data points measured by the catheter, each of which includes localization information and at least one procedure metric. The system then applies an ablation procedure model to the data points. The model facilitates relating the data points to one or more anatomical features using the localization data and/or relating the data points to an ablation procedure outcome using the metric(s). This allows the system to generate map(s) of the metric(s) and output visualization(s) of the map(s). The visualization(s) can include two-dimensional schematic anatomical representation(s) of the metric(s) and/or two-dimensional representation(s) of the metric(s) versus time. Various metrics, including, but not limited to, contact angle, contact force, and catheter stability, can be visualized.

Abstract: Disclosed herein, in some aspects, are systems and methods for detecting, monitoring, and managing a cardiac health status for a subject using ECG data. In some embodiments, the system receives health parameter measurements from one or more devices that are then used by a cardiac health tool (CHT) to determine a cardiac health status. Exemplary health parameter measurements include electrocardiogram (ECG) data from an ECG device and/or weight (from a weight scale for example). As described herein, in some embodiments, determining the cardiac health status includes a) detecting a cardiac condition in the subject, b) predicting a risk of a subject developing a cardiac condition (“cardiac condition risk”), and/or c) temporal monitoring of a cardiac health status for a subject. In some embodiments, the cardiac health tool is configured to determine the efficacy of a treatment or therapy applied to reduce the severity and/or risk of a cardiac condition.

Abstract: A catheter is disclosed. The catheter includes an elongated shaft defining a lumen and having a distal portion. The elongated shaft includes an outermost elongated support member coaxial with the lumen. The support member includes an outer side. An electrode is disposed on the distal portion of the elongated shaft. An elongated tube extends longitudinally along the elongated shaft, and the elongated tube interfaces with the support member along the outer side. A lead conductor is disposed within the tube and electrically coupled to the electrode. A coupling member is disposed about the tube and outer side of the support member such that the coupling member couples the tube to the support member.

Abstract: Provided are a patient monitor and vital-sign data statistics system, having vital-sign data statistics functionality. The patient monitor includes a signal acquisition module, a data processing module, and a display module. The data processing module processes the vital-sign signal acquired by the signal acquisition module and generates physiological parameters. If request information requesting to display a vital-sign data statistics result is received, then the data processing module statistically classifies the vital-sign data within a preset time range according to set type and a statistical item of each type, and displays the data by means of the display module.

Abstract: A method for annotating ECG signals with a time of activation of a myocardium is provided which comprises receiving a bipolar signal and one unipolar signal of the bipolar signal from a pair of electrodes, computing a local unipolar minimum derivative of the unipolar signal at a plurality of times of occurrences of the local unipolar minimum derivative, computing a bipolar derivative of the bipolar signal, evaluating a ratio of the bipolar derivative to the local unipolar minimum derivative, annotating each time of occurrence as a time of activation of the myocardium at a location in a heart when the ratio is greater than a threshold value, extracting features of the annotations and assigning a confidence level to each feature, eliminating annotations based on a subset of the extracted features and a pair reduction analysis, and generating a local activation time map using the remaining candidate annotations.
