The liquid crystal lens panel comprises a first substrate (10) and a second substrate (20) that are opposite to each other, and a liquid crystal layer (30) provided between the first substrate (10) and the second substrate (20); the first substrate (10) comprises a first structural layer (12) provided on a first base (11) and a first orientation layer (13) provided on the first structural layer (12); the second substrate (20) comprises a second structural layer (22) provided on a second base (21) and a second orientation layer (23) provided on the second structural layer (22); on a plane parallel to the liquid crystal lens panel, at least one of the first orientation layer (13) and the second orientation layer (23) comprises multiple orientation areas, orientation pretilt angles of at least two orientation areas are different.

    摘要: The present invention provides a curved display device, a method for manufacturing a curved display device and an electronic device. The curved display device may comprise a first curved light-transmitting substrate, a second curved light-transmitting substrate arranged opposite to the first curved light-transmitting substrate and a sealant having a particular width distribution which is located between the first curved light-transmitting substrate and the second curved light-transmitting substrate and coated along edges of the first curved light-transmitting substrate and the second curved light-transmitting substrate. The sealant having particular width distribution enables the first curved light-transmitting substrate to adhere to the second curved light-transmitting substrate, and reduces the stresses in the first curved light-transmitting substrate and the second curved light-transmitting substrate, while changing the stress distributions of the first curved light-transmitting substrate and the second curved light-transmitting substrate.

The curved surface LCD panel includes an array substrate and an opposite substrate parallel with each other and curved in a same direction, wherein edge zones of the array substrate and the opposite substrate having plural optical retardation zones, each of the optical retardation zones on the array substrate being corresponding to one of the optical retardation zones on the opposite substrate, and two corresponding optical retardation zones constituting a zone group; a LC layer located between the array substrate and the opposite substrate; and an optical compensation film attached at each of the optical retardation zones in at least one zone group; wherein the optical compensation film being perpendicular to an optical axis of the optical retardation zone attached with the optical compensation film and having an equal optical retardation with the optical retardation zone.

    摘要: The present application discloses a display panel, comprising: a first substrate, a second substrate, and a blue phase liquid crystal layer interposed between the first substrate and the second substrate. The first substrate and the second substrate are adapted to generate an electric field in a first direction perpendicular to the display panel. An optical path diverting device is provided between the first substrate and the second substrate, the optical path diverting device is configured so that a light entering the blue phase liquid crystal layer in the first direction from the first substrate is diverted to propagate in the blue phase liquid crystal layer in a second direction parallel to the display panel, and then the light propagating in the second direction is diverted to pass through the blue phase liquid crystal layer and exit from the second substrate in the first direction. According to the present invention, by providing an optical path diverting device in the liquid crystal cell, the display panel can perform normal display even under a vertical electric field, and thus solves the problem that the driving voltage is too large by using a lateral electric field.

    摘要: The present disclosure relates to the display technical field and discloses specifically an electrowetting display apparatus, comprising: an electrowetting casing including a black oil layer to which an ultraviolet absorbing material is added; an ultraviolet light source arranged at a lower side of the electrowetting casing, for emitting ultraviolet (UV) light upwards; and a colored fluorescent layer arranged at an upper side of the electrowetting casing. By means of the electrowetting display apparatus in the present disclosure, wherein the ultraviolet light source emits UV light, the ultraviolet absorbing material in the black oil layer absorbs the UV light when the black oil layer spreads, and the colored fluorescent layer displays colors when the black oil layer is applied with electric power and then contracts, such that no colored membrane is necessary to achieve a colored display, and thus an outstanding display effect can be realized.

    摘要: The present disclosure relates to a grayscale control structure, including a first substrate, a light extraction layer, an electrode layer, a liquid crystal layer, a filter layer and a second substrate which are sequentially stacked. The electrode layer is provided with a plurality of strip-shaped electrodes arranged in parallel to form lens units in the liquid crystal layer. The filter layer includes light exit strips and a black matrix arranged in parallel, and the light exit strips are disposed opposite to the lens units. Light extraction gratings are disposed in the light extraction layer, the light extraction gratings are disposed opposite to the light exit strips, and a projection of individual one of the light exit strips on the light extraction layer covers a corresponding one of the light extraction gratings.
