Abstract:
A table and chair set may include a table, a plurality of chairs and a storage case. The table may include a folding table top that has a footprint in the folded position. The chairs may be folding chairs that have a footprint generally equal to or slightly smaller than the footprint of the table in the folded position. The case may include an interior cavity that is sized and configured to receive at least a portion of the table and the chair in the folded positions, the cavity having a size generally equal to or slightly larger than the footprint of the folding table and the folding chair in the folded positions.
Abstract:
The present invention comprises a system and method for dynamically scheduling patient medical facility appointments. The present invention is capable of contacting patients to ensure that each patient will be present for the appointment and is capable of dynamically adjusting the schedule in the event the patient plans to be late or plans to cancel the appointment. The present invention is also capable of contacting patients to reschedule appointments in the event that their medical service provider unexpectedly becomes unavailable. The system's scheduling method has the effect of increasing medical facility efficiency and standardizing medical facility wait time for the patients and thereby increasing profitability and increasing patient convenience.
Abstract:
A folding trailer may be selectively moved between an extended or use position and a collapsed or storage position. The folding trailer may include an axle that is capable of being moved between a first position in which the axle is generally aligned along an axis and a second position in which the axle is disposed in a folded configuration. The axle is preferably located in generally the same plane in the first and second positions. In addition, the axle preferably moves in a generally rearward direction when the axle is moved from the first to the second position. The trailer may also include a bed that is capable of being moved between a first position in which first and second portions of the bed are generally aligned with a first plane and a second position in which the first and second portions of the bed are disposed in a folded position and generally aligned with a second plane. The axle and bed are preferably disposed in the first positions when the trailer is in the use position. The axle and bed are preferably disposed in the second positions when the trailer is in the storage position.
Abstract:
A personal table is provided having a table top supported by a support assembly. The table top is preferably constructed from blow-molded plastic and the support assembly preferably includes a first leg and a second leg that are pivotally connected. The legs desirably have a generally X-shaped configuration when the legs are placed in an upright position and the legs can be collapsed into a storage position. Each of the legs may include a lower portion, a body portion and an upper portion that is preferably selectively connected to the table top. The legs, for example, can be connected to the table top by inserting the upper portions of the legs into leg receiving recesses formed in the table top. The leg receiving recesses are preferably integrally formed in the bottom surface of the table top as part of a one-piece construction. Desirably, a plurality of leg receiving recesses are formed in the bottom surface of the table top and the legs can be selectively attached to the leg receiving recesses in order to vary the height of the table.

Abstract:
A lighting apparatus and method of use provides for increasing the visibility of a cyclist. The lighting apparatus includes a plurality of lights that may be arranged in a linear array to facilitate attachment to elongate members of a bicycle. The plurality of lights can be mounted on a substrate that is received in a mounting member, which in turn can be attached to a bicycle. Alternatively, the lighting apparatus may be formed integrally as part of a bicycle. Attachment of one or more lighting apparatuses to a bicycle can provide for increased visibility of a cyclist from the front, the rear, or the side, and may be configured to provide increased visibility when it is either dark or light outside.
Abstract:
A fold-in-half table may include a first half constructed from molded plastic, such as blow-molded plastic, and a second half constructed from a wire rack. An inner engagement surface of the first half of the table top may engage an inner engagement surface of the second half of the table top when the table is in the unfolded position. The first and second inner engagement surfaces may be spaced apart when the table is in the folded position. The fond-in-half table may also include first and second support structures connected to the first and second halves of the table top and the support structures may be movable between an extended position and a collapsed position relative to the table top.

A folding trailer may be capable of moving between a use position and a storage position. The folding trailer may include an axle that is capable of moving between a first position in which the axle is generally aligned along an axis and a second position in which the axle is disposed in a folded configuration. The folding trailer may also include a towing arm that is movable between an extended position in which a portion of the towing arm extends beyond the front portion of the frame to facilitate attached to a towing vehicle and a collapsed position in which the towing arm is at least substantially disposed underneath the frame. In addition, the trailer may include an adjustment assembly that is sized and configured to adjust the position of the axle between the first and second positions, and adjust the position of the towing arm between the extended and collapsed positions. Advantageously, the adjustment assembly may have different configurations and arrangements. In addition, the adjustment assembly may be used to secure the trailer in the use or storage positions.
