Abstract:
A nail printing apparatus is provided, which does not require a user to manipulate button operation to set user's finger or user's toe or start an image drawing operation. The apparatus provided with an image drawing unit for drawing an image on a nail of a finger or a nail of a toe and an elevation mechanism having a placing unit on which the finger or the toe is placed. The elevation mechanism moves the placing unit from a stand-by position up to an image drawing position. When the placing unit is at the stand-by position, the user can insert user's finger or user's toe into or remove user's finger or user's toe from the apparatus. When at the image drawing position, the image drawing unit can draw an image on the nail of the finger. An elevation controlling unit controls the operation of the elevation mechanism in response to an operation of the finger or the toe placed on the placing unit, pressing the same downward.
Abstract:
A nail information detection device includes: a placement surface on which a finger having a nail is placed; an imaging unit which images the nail from one direction and acquires a image data; a moving unit which moves the imaging unit while keeping a distance between a measurement plane which is in contact with a peak position of the nail and parallel to the placement surface and the imaging unit constant; and a control unit configured to detect nail information including a first edge position and a second edge position on a shape of the nail. The control unit aligns a reference point of an imaging range of the imaging unit at the peak position and detects a position on the measurement plane of the nail edge based on the image data as the first edge position; and aligns the reference point at the first edge position and detects a position on the measurement plane of the nail edge based on the image data as the second edge position.
Abstract:
A nail print apparatus, including: a print head which performs printing on a nail of a finger or a nail of a toe; an unprinted region detecting unit which detects an unprinted region on which a nail design is not printed in the nail having a printed region on which the nail design is printed, the unprinted region being generated by growth of the nail after the nail design is printed; and a printing control unit which controls the print head to perform printing on the unprinted region.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a printing system including at least one processor and a print head which performs printing on a printing target. The processor sets an application amount of a base ink to be applied to the printing target according to a design to be printed on the printing target by the print head, and controls the print head to apply the base ink to the printing target based on the set application amount of the base ink.
Abstract:
A printer includes a print head and a processor. The print head ejects ink from nozzles to a printing medium while moving in a first direction, and also moves in a second direction intersecting with the first direction by a moving amount that is a dimension in the second direction of each of blocks into which the nozzles are divided in the second direction. Based on a position of the printing medium and the dimension, the processor determines whether to perform printing in a first mode or a second mode. A printing start position in the second direction of the print head is set such that a position in the second direction of one of boundaries between mutually adjacent blocks coincides, in the first mode, with a position of a back end of a printing region, and in the second mode, with a position of a front end of the printing region.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a printing device including at least one processor and a print head. The processor detects a nail region based on an image obtained by photographing a finger or a toe, sets at least a part of the detected nail region as a preceding print setting region, detects a region on which the preceding print is printed as a succeeding print region based on an image obtained by photographing the finger or the toe on which the preceding print is printed, sets a succeeding print region reference point corresponding to the succeeding print region, or sets a preceding print setting region reference point corresponding to the preceding print setting region and the succeeding print region reference point, and causes the print head to print a succeeding print on the nail region based on information on the preceding print setting region and a reference point that is set.
Abstract:
A nail printing device recognizes, as a first nail contour, a nail contour from a first nail image obtained by photographing a nail of a specific finger/toe, displays the first nail contour on the basis of data of the first nail contour stored in a storage section, and performs an adjustment of the first nail contour on the basis of an adjustment portion specified to the first nail contour and obtains an adjusted nail contour. After that the device recognizes, as a second nail contour, a nail contour from a second nail image obtained by photographing the nail of the specific finger/toe, reflects the adjustment performed to the first nail contour, in the second nail contour, obtains an adjusted recognized nail contour, and controls a print head to perform printing in a region of the adjusted recognized nail contour.
Abstract:
A drawing apparatus, including: a drawing unit which performs drawing of a design by applying inks of plural types to a drawing target area of a drawing target; and a control unit which controls the drawing unit on basis of image data of the design; wherein the control unit sets a plurality of unit areas each of which has a contact part contacting with each other in the drawing target area on basis of the image data, and the control unit controls the drawing unit to perform drawing on a specific unit area of the plurality of the unit areas when the control unit determines that every unit area contacting with the specific unit area is at least a dried unit area for which drying of the applied ink is finished or an un-drawn unit area to which the ink is not applied.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a printing device including: a print head; a camera that photographs a printing target which is printed by the print head; and at least one processor that determines whether or not printing is properly performed to the printing target based on a printed image which is photographed by the camera, and that changes a printing setting by the print head in response to determination that the printing is not properly performed to the printing target.
