Abstract: A material strip feeding detection method for a stacking machine and a material strip feeding detection apparatus for the stacking machine are provided. The material strip comprises a plurality of first electrode plates distributed continuously in a feeding direction. The method comprises: shooting with at least one set of camera apparatuses to obtain at least one material strip image; determining whether the material strip image comprises a first marker and a second marker; acquiring a target deviation of the first marker relative to a preset position based on the material strip image in response to determining that the material strip image comprises the first marker; controlling the material strip feeding detection apparatus to perform feeding deviation rectification of the material strip conveyed on a conveying mechanism based on the target deviation, and controlling a cutting mechanism to cut the material strip on the conveying mechanism after the feeding deviation rectification.

Abstract: A electrode plate cutting method includes: obtaining an offset distance between a detection reference and a cutting position on an electrode plate; obtaining, based on the offset distance and a distance between the detection reference and a cutting device, an actual distance between the cutting position and the cutting device; and obtaining, based on the actual distance, a cutting time point for the cutting position to be conveyed to the cutting device, so that the cutting device cuts at the cutting position. Obtaining the offset distance between the detection reference and the cutting position of the electrode plate is equivalent to obtaining a deviation from the detection reference caused during transferring of the electrode plate.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present application provide an apparatus and a method for manufacturing an electrode assembly. The apparatus includes a driving portion, used for driving pole pieces to fall them from the driving portion; and a first support portion, arranged below the driving portion, and used for receiving the falling pole pieces, so that the pole pieces are stacked on the first support portion. The distance between an initial position of the upper surface of the first support portion and the driving portion being in a range of W to 2W. The initial position is the position of the upper surface of the first support portion when receiving the first pole piece of the electrode assembly, and W is the length of each pole piece. The apparatus can effectively stack the pole pieces to obtain an electrode assembly, and has high stacking efficiency.
