Abstract: A dimension detection apparatus configured to detect a composite electrode plate. The composite electrode plate includes a plurality of continuous first electrode plates, a plurality of second electrode plates, and two insulators. The first electrode plates are of an opposite polarity to the second electrode plates. The plurality of first electrode plates are sandwiched between the two insulators and arranged in parallel along an extension direction of the insulators. The plurality of second electrode plates are arranged alternately on outer sides of the two insulators along the extension direction of the insulators, and correspond one-to-one to the plurality of first electrode plates. The dimension detection apparatus includes: two shooting assemblies, disposed on two sides of the composite electrode plate respectively along a thickness direction, and configured to photograph two adjacent second electrode plates respectively.

Abstract: A dimension detection method for a battery composite surface includes: acquiring image information of a cathode sheet, the image information including an image of a first surface of the cathode sheet and an image of a second surface opposite to the first surface; acquiring image information of a composite sheet which includes a non-composite surface and a composite surface, the non-composite surface being formed by compounding the first surface of the cathode sheet, an anode, and a separator, the composite surface being formed by compounding the second surface of the cathode sheet, the anode, and the separator, and the image information of the composite sheet including image information of the non-composite surface; and calculating dimension information of the composite surface by an image processing algorithm, according to the image information of the cathode sheet and the image information of the composite sheet.

Abstract: A method, an apparatus, a device, a medium and a product for detecting alignment of battery electrode plates are provided. The method includes: obtaining depth distances of a target cross section of the battery electrode plates after lamination molding, wherein the target cross section is perpendicular to an electrode plate setting direction of the battery electrode plates, and the depth distances of the target cross section includes the depth distance corresponding to each of the electrode plates; and determining an alignment detection result of the battery electrode plates based on the depth distances of the target cross section. According to embodiments of the present application, the depth distances of the target cross section of the battery electrode plates can be obtained after lamination molding of the battery electrode plates, the depth distances of the target cross section may include the corresponding depth distance of each electrode plate.

Abstract: A material strip feeding detection method for a stacking machine and a material strip feeding detection apparatus for the stacking machine are provided. The material strip comprises a plurality of first electrode plates distributed continuously in a feeding direction. The method comprises: shooting with at least one set of camera apparatuses to obtain at least one material strip image; determining whether the material strip image comprises a first marker and a second marker; acquiring a target deviation of the first marker relative to a preset position based on the material strip image in response to determining that the material strip image comprises the first marker; controlling the material strip feeding detection apparatus to perform feeding deviation rectification of the material strip conveyed on a conveying mechanism based on the target deviation, and controlling a cutting mechanism to cut the material strip on the conveying mechanism after the feeding deviation rectification.
