Abstract: An internal combustion engine with a braking system comprising a rocker lever, a rocker lever valve and a biasing member selectively preventing contact between a brake lift portion of a cam and a cam follower supported by the rocker lever. Fluid pressures in a first fluid circuit and a second fluid circuit selectively actuate the rocker lever valve to open an exhaust valve and cause brake events.
