    摘要： A variable valve lift apparatus including an inner tappet, an outer tappet surrounding and slidably contacting the inner tappet, and a latching pin slidably inserted into the inner tappet so as to implement a high lift and a low lift by selectively joining the inner tappet and the outer tappet may include a stopper partially inserted into the outer tappet and spaced apart from the latching pin in a movement direction of the latching pin so as to limit movement of the latching pin, and forming a latching pin joining groove in the outer tappet to selectively receive the latching pin, wherein the stopper partially projects to the outside of the outer tappet and is slidably engaged to a cylinder head groove formed to a cylinder head bore to prevent the variable valve lift apparatus from being rotated.

    摘要： A variable valve lift apparatus includes a high cam and a low cam fixed side by side to a camshaft, an outer body pressed by the rotation of the high cam, and has a crossbar formed at the bottom of the front end, an inner body, of which the front end protrudes further than the outer body, the lower front end is provided with a valve member, the upper rear end is hinged to a lost motion hinge shaft coaxially with the rear end of the outer body, and the lower rear end is pivotally connected to a hinge member, and a latching portion inserted into the inner body and selectively connected to the crossbar of the outer body to move the inner body dependent on movement of the front end of the outer body, wherein the lost motion hinge shaft is disposed in the same direction as a hinge point between the inner body and the hinge member with respect to the camshaft. Dynamic characteristics can be obtained by reducing the moment of inertia of the variable valve lift apparatus, and the dynamic characteristics can be further improved by inserting the latching portion into the inner body so as to be closer to the camshaft.

    摘要： A variable valve lift apparatus includes a high cam and a low cam fixed side by side to a camshaft, an outer body pressed by the rotation of the high cam, and has a crossbar formed at the bottom of the front end, an inner body, of which the front end protrudes further than the outer body, the lower front end is provided with a valve member, the upper rear end is hinged to a lost motion hinge shaft coaxially with the rear end of the outer body, and the lower rear end is pivotally connected to a hinge member, and a latching portion inserted into the inner body and selectively connected to the crossbar of the outer body to move the inner body dependent on movement of the front end of the outer body, wherein the lost motion hinge shaft is disposed in the same direction as a hinge point between the inner body and the hinge member with respect to the camshaft. Dynamic characteristics can be obtained by reducing the moment of inertia of the variable valve lift apparatus, and the dynamic characteristics can be further improved by inserting the latching portion into the inner body so as to be closer to the camshaft.

    摘要： A hydraulic pressure variable valve lift apparatus may include a housing that a piston chamber that one side thereof is opened is formed, a valve operating piston that is slidably disposed in the piston chamber and one end thereof is connected to a valve for opening/closing a port, and an EHV hydraulic pump that is configured to supply the piston chamber with oil, wherein a first oil passage is formed between the EHV hydraulic pump and the piston chamber on as to supply a side surface of the piston chamber with oil, and an orifice hole is formed from a piston side surface of the valve operating piston to a piston upper end surface. Accordingly, the valve lift amount can be varied according to the operating condition of the engine, a hydraulic pressure variable valve lift apparatus reduces an impact at a moment when the valve is closed by having a valve lift formed a ramp profile and does not require accurate process of multi orifice and thereby decreases a production cost.
