摘要： A restoring structure of a lock comprises: a sleeve disk, having a first wall and a second wall, the first wall interconnecting a first face and a second face, and the second wall interconnecting the second face and a third face, the first face and the second face defining a recess, the first face further having a projection, and the second wall defining a central hole; an integrally formed rotative tube, inserted through the central hole of the sleeve disk, and having an end which is formed with a bent portion at a location corresponding to the projection of the sleeve disk and has at least one protrusion disposed at a predetermined position, the protrusion abutting against the first face of the sleeve disk; a torsion spring having two legs, adapted to fit onto an outer wall of the rotative tube such that the legs engage on the bent portion of the rotative tube and the projection of the sleeve disk; and a guard ring disposed adjacent to the third face of the sleeve disk and adapted to engage with at least one lateral slot formed on the rotative tube; whereby when the rotative tube is rotated clockwise or counterclockwise at a desired angle, the torsion spring is compressed to create an elastic deformation such that the at least one protrusion of the rotative tube runs toward the projection of the sleeve disk, and when the rotative tube is released, the rotative tube is returned to its original position by a restoration force of the torsion spring.

摘要： A door lock assembly includes a transverse retaining plate disposed inside a spindle tube and having a stabilizing part and a retaining tongue projecting into a retention slot in a handle. A support structure is disposed within the handle oppositely of the retention slot and has a support part extending radially into the spindle tube. When the door lock assembly is in a locking state and when the retaining tongue in the retention slot is pressed externally, one of two diametrically opposite edges of a tailpiece of a key plug abuts against the support part, and the other one of the edges abuts against the stabilizing part of the retaining plate to restrict the retaining tongue from moving away from the retention slot, thereby preventing undesirable removal of the handle from the door lock assembly.

摘要： A cylindrical door lock set includes inner and outer knob supporting plates, a turning mechanism, an annular mounting plate and a latch unit. The outer knob supporting plate has a central hole and an inner side provided with a pair of posts on two sides of the central hole. The posts are hollow and are threaded internally. The turning mechanism is supported on the inner side of the outer knob supporting plate and is provided with a turn shaft. The annular mounting plate is secured on the inner side of the outer knob supporting plate and is formed with a pair of mounting shafts and a central hole to permit the turn shaft of the turning mechanism to extend therethrough. The latch unit is formed with a shaft engaging hole to permit the turn shaft to extend therethrough, and two side holes disposed on two sides of the shaft engaging hole in a lengthwise direction of the latch unit to receive respectively the mounting shafts. The latch unit is disposed between the posts of the outer knob supporting plate. The inner knob supporting plate is formed with a pair of holes which are aligned with the posts. Bolts pass through the holes of the inner knob supporting plate and engage a respective one of the posts.

摘要： A door lock includes a deadbolt assembly and a lock housing assembly. The deadbolt assembly has a bolt member which includes a metal inner sleeve, a metal outer sleeve fitted over the inner sleeve and made of a material which is different from that of the metal inner sleeve and which has anti-corrosion properties, and a security bar disposed axially in the inner sleeve. The lock housing assembly includes an exterior housing section with a cylindrical chamber that receives rotatably an exterior lock cylinder unit therein. The lock cylinder unit has a key-operated rotary plug with a rearwardly projecting spindle that is connected operably to the deadbolt assembly. An interior sleeve member is formed as a cylindrical wall with a front end which is secured to the rear side of the lock cylinder unit and a rear end which is formed with diametrically opposite notches. The deadbolt assembly extends through the sleeve member via the notches. A pair of bolts pass through bolt holes of an interior housing section, the mounting holes of the side plates, the front end of the sleeve member, and engage threadedly the threaded holes of the lock cylinder unit.

摘要： A reinforcing apparatus for a lever handle of a door lock includes a housing fixed to a door and provided around a driving shaft of the door lock. The housing has a wall transverse to the driving shaft. The wall has a hole formed therethrough for passage of the driving shaft. A rotary member is mounted in the housing for rotating simultaneously with the driving shaft. The rotary member is sleeved on the driving shaft and has an engaging plate which projects axially from an outer peripheral edge thereof. A coiled spring is provided around the rotary member for biasing the rotary member to return and maintain the lever handle at its original unoperated position after the rotary member is rotated by the lever handle. The coiled spring has two legs extending radially outwardly to abut against the engaging plate. One of the legs is displaceable by the engaging plate. The housing further includes a stopping unit provided on the wall thereof. The stopping unit is aligned radially with and is located outwardly of the engaging pate when the lever handle is in the unoperated position. The other one of the legs is kept immobilized by the stopping unit when the rotary member rotates.

摘要： A door lock set includes a housing set to be mounted on an outer side of a door, an outside rotary lock unit mounted on the housing set and provided with a rotatable deadbolt spindle, a deadbolt assembly having a deadbolt and a bolt driving mechanism operatively driven by the deadbolt spindle for extending the deadbolt outwardly to lock the door, an outside lever mechanism mounted on the housing set and provided with a rotatable latch spindle, a latch assembly having a latch and a latch driving mechanism operatively driven by the latch spindle for extending the latch outwardly to lock the door, and a link assembly. The link assembly includes a pull shaft connected operably to the outside lever mechanism so as to drive rotatably the latch spindle, a coupling shaft connected pivotally to the pull shaft and mounted pivotally to the housing set, and a driving cam connected operably to the outside rotary lock unit for co-rotation with the deadbolt spindle. The driving cam contacts the coupling shaft and drives the coupling shaft to pivot so as to pull the pull shaft and enable the pull shaft to drive rotatably the latch spindle in order to result in simultaneous retraction of the deadbolt and the latch when the outside rotary lock unit is operated to rotate the deadbolt spindle.

摘要： A latch bolt operating device is adapted for use with a latch bolt unit that is installed in a door panel, and includes exterior and interior operating units. The exterior operating unit includes a key-operated plug-and-cylinder lock assembly, and an exterior housing having an outer annular cover, an inner annular cover and an annular shield. The outer annular cover has a rear end portion formed with a first annular shoulder. The inner annular cover is received in the outer annular cover and has a rear end portion formed with a second annular shoulder. The annular shield extends into the rear end portion of the inner annular cover and has a peripheral portion which engages the second annular shoulder when the latter is bent. The interior operating unit includes a torque bar and an interior housing. The torque bar can be positioned releasably in a first position corresponding to an extended position of a bolt of the latch bolt unit and a second position corresponding to a retracted position of the bolt.
