Abstract: A current sensor, which is configured to individually detect a current flowing in each of at least two current paths, includes at least two phases. Each phase includes a magnetic field detection element and a pair of first magnetic shield and second magnetic shield. The magnetic field detection element is disposed to face one of the current paths. The magnetic field detection element is configured to detect a magnetic field generated from the one of the current paths and to convert the detected magnetic field into an electric signal. The first magnetic shield and the second magnetic shield are disposed to face each other with the current path and the magnetic field detection element interposed between the first magnetic shield and the second magnetic shield. The first magnetic shield and the second magnetic shield are configured to shield the magnetic field detection element from an external magnetic field.

Abstract: A current sensor device includes a bus bar that is to be connected to a plate-shaped terminal of a semiconductor device, a magnetoelectric conversion element that is configured to detect a current flowing through the bus bar, and a resin portion that integrally holds the magnetoelectric conversion element and the bus bar. The bus bar has one end protruding from the resin portion, and the one end of the bus bar includes a penetration portion defined by wall surfaces. The wall surfaces includes a pair of opposing wall surfaces opposing to each other. At least one of the opposing wall surfaces is configured to be connected to the terminal.

Abstract: A current sensor includes a magnetic detection element that senses a magnetic flux generated from a current path to perform electromagnetic conversion, and at least two magnetic shields that are arranged around the magnetic detection element and shield an external magnetic flux affecting the magnetic detection element. The at least two magnetic shields include a first magnetic shield and a second magnetic shield facing each other across the magnetic detection element and the current path. At least one of the first magnetic shield and the second magnetic shield includes at least two base portions and a coupling portion coupling the at least two base portions. The at least one of the first magnetic shield and the second magnetic field has a recess recessed from a periphery in a surface facing the other of the first magnetic shield and the second magnetic shield.

Abstract: A current sensor device includes: at least one bus bar; at least one sensor package that includes a magneto-electric conversion element which detects a current flowing through the bus bar and an external connection terminal which is electrically connected to the magneto-electric conversion element; a printed circuit board that is disposed on the sensor package opposite to the bus bar, and electrically connected to the terminal; a magnetic shield body that shields the magneto-electric conversion element from an external magnetic field; and a resin element that integrally holds at least a part of the magnetic shield body and the bus bar fixed to the sensor package.
