Abstract: A current sensor, which is configured to individually detect a current flowing in each of at least two current paths, includes at least two phases. Each phase includes a magnetic field detection element and a pair of first magnetic shield and second magnetic shield. The magnetic field detection element is disposed to face one of the current paths. The magnetic field detection element is configured to detect a magnetic field generated from the one of the current paths and to convert the detected magnetic field into an electric signal. The first magnetic shield and the second magnetic shield are disposed to face each other with the current path and the magnetic field detection element interposed between the first magnetic shield and the second magnetic shield. The first magnetic shield and the second magnetic shield are configured to shield the magnetic field detection element from an external magnetic field.

Abstract: A current sensor device includes a bus bar that is to be connected to a plate-shaped terminal of a semiconductor device, a magnetoelectric conversion element that is configured to detect a current flowing through the bus bar, and a resin portion that integrally holds the magnetoelectric conversion element and the bus bar. The bus bar has one end protruding from the resin portion, and the one end of the bus bar includes a penetration portion defined by wall surfaces. The wall surfaces includes a pair of opposing wall surfaces opposing to each other. At least one of the opposing wall surfaces is configured to be connected to the terminal.

Abstract: A current sensor includes an electrical-conduction member, a magnetoelectric converter and a shield. Abstract: A current sensor includes a plurality of individual sensors and a wiring case. Each of the individual sensors includes an electrical-conduction member through which a measurement current to be measured flows, a magnetoelectric converter and an insulating sensor housing. The magnetoelectric converter converts a measurement magnetic field caused by a flow of the measurement current into an electric signal. The sensor housing accommodates the electrical-conduction member and the magnetoelectric converter therein. The wiring case is larger than the sensor housing. The wiring case includes an insulating integrated housing in which the plurality of individual sensors is fixed, and an input/output wiring disposed in the integrated housing and electrically connected to the megnetoelectric converter of each of the plurality of individual sensors.

Abstract: A current sensor detects a current flowing through a current path. The current sensor includes plural sensor elements, and each sensor element has a current path, a magnetic detector, a first magnetic shield and a second magnetic shield. The magnetic detector faces a part of the current path. A part of the current path and the magnetic detector are positioned between the first and second magnetic shields. The second magnetic field, the current path, the magnetic detector and the first magnetic shield are stacked in order along a stacking direction in each sensor element. The plural sensor elements are disposed adjacently to each other in a direction perpendicular to the stacking direction. The current path has a facing part facing the magnetic detector, and a first bent part bending from the facing part toward the second magnetic shield.

A part of the signal wiring and a part of the reference potential wiring are arranged inside the insulation base.
