Abstract: Various arrangements for allocating spectrum between a cellular network provider and a secondary operator are presented. A cellular network component of the secondary operator may determine that spectrum at a secondary operator radio unit (RU) is not currently needed. The cellular network component of the secondary operator may cause the spectrum to be released for use by a cellular network operator such that the secondary operator RU is not permitted to use the released spectrum. A cellular network operator RU may then communicate with a first set of user equipment (UE) using the released spectrum. The secondary operator RU and cellular network operator RU may be located at a same location.

Abstract: Various arrangements for performing navigation based on characteristics of a cellular network are provided. A quality of experience (QoE) level required for a wireless service to be performed for a networked device may be determined. A current location and a destination for a vehicle may be determined. A wireless network coverage area map may be accessed that maps network performance characteristics for the cellular network across a geographic region. A navigation route from the current location to the destination based on the wireless network coverage area map and the determined QoE may be determined. The determined navigational route may be output to a navigation system.

Abstract: Various arrangements for cellular networks are presented herein. The cellular network can include a first radio unit, wherein first communications for the first radio unit on a cellular network are performed as part of a first cellular network slice. The cellular network can include a second radio unit, wherein second communications for the second radio unit on the cellular network are performed as part of a second cellular network slice. A distributed unit of the cellular network is in communication with the first radio unit and the second radio unit. The second communications can be routed in encrypted form to a data center that is separate and distinct from the cellular network.

Abstract: Various arrangements for operating a cellular network with advanced secondary operator privacy are presented herein. A first set of user equipment may communicate using a first radio unit and a first radio spectrum with a cellular network. A second set of user equipment may communicate with the cellular network using a second radio unit and a second radio spectrum. The second radio unit may be operated by a secondary operator distinct from the cellular network operator. The second radio unit may encrypt the second communications such that the cellular network cannot decrypt the second communications. The cellular network, can route the encrypted second communications of the second cellular network slice from the second radio unit to a data center operated by the secondary operator separate and distinct from the cellular network.
