Abstract: An air filter arrangement is disclosed. The air filter arrangement includes media comprising corrugated media secured to facing media and defining a media pack having opposite flow faces. Advantageous housing seal arrangements having a pinch seal member and forming a trough are described. Methods of assembly and use are also provided. Also, systems of use are described.

The air filter media construction or arrangement includes strips of media comprising corrugated sheets secured to facing sheets and forming inlet and outlet flutes secured to one another in a stack. Blocked stacked arrangements and slanted stacked arrangements are shown. Such stacked media is provided with molded end pieces to secure and seal opposite side edges of the media strips. The preferred arrangements have a cured-in-place jacket around an outside of a coiled z-filter media combination. The preferred cured-in-place jacket is a mold-in-place overmold which includes, integral therein, a housing seal arrangement. Preferably a cured-in-place center core is used, most preferably one that has opposite concave ends with seal arrangements configured to seal a lead end portion of the coiled z-filter media combination.
