Abstract: A heat pump system for a vehicle includes an integrated control valve, an external condenser connected to the integrated control valve through first and second connection lines, an expansion valve connected to the integrated control valve through a third connection line, an evaporator connected to the expansion valve, an accumulator connected to the evaporator, a compressor connected to the accumulator, an internal condenser connected to the compressor and connected to the integrated control valve through a fourth connection line, a first chiller disposed on a fifth connection line connecting the integrated control valve and the accumulator, a sixth connection line connecting the fifth connection line and the integrated control valve between the first chiller and the accumulator, and a second chiller provided on a seventh connection line connecting a refrigerant line and the integrated control valve between the evaporator and the accumulator.

Abstract: Provided is a cooling and heating system for a vehicle, in which a compressor, an indoor condenser, an outdoor condenser, and an evaporator are connected to a refrigerant circulation line in which a refrigerant is circulating, the cooling and heating system including: a waste heat chiller connected to the compressor through a first bypass line in the refrigerant circulation line; a battery chiller connected to the compressor through a second bypass line in the refrigerant circulation line; a first coolant line circulating a coolant by connecting the waste heat chiller to an electric radiator and an electric unit arranged adjacent to the outdoor condenser; a second coolant line spaced apart from the first coolant line and circulating the coolant by connecting the battery chiller to a battery of the vehicle; and a coolant control unit connecting the first coolant line and the second coolant line.

Abstract: A coolant heating apparatus for an electric vehicle includes a sheath heater formed in a coil form at a center side of the coolant heating apparatus; one or more inner tubes, one of which has an inlet formed at one side thereof for introduction of coolant, the one or more inner tubes being arranged to surround the sheath heater or to be surrounded by the sheath heater, and the one or more inner tubes having a plurality of through-holes formed on respective outer peripheral surfaces thereof so that the coolant introduced into the inlet is discharged through the through-holes; and an outer tube surrounding the sheath heater and the one or more inner tubes and having an outlet formed at one side thereof so that the coolant heated by the sheath heater is introduced through the through-holes of the one or more inner tubes and is discharged through the outlet.
