Abstract: A transducer device including: a base platform; an annular support member mounted on a surface of the base platform, the annular support member having a first opening positioned adjacent the surface of the base platform and a second opening positioned away from the surface of the base platform along a rotation axis; an inner shaft mounted relative to the base platform and configured to extend away from the second opening of the annular support member and rotate relative to the annular support member about the rotation axis; an inner shaft detent mechanism located at least partially within the annular support member configured for releasably securing the inner shaft in a plurality of rotational positions corresponding to each of a plurality of detent positions of the inner shaft detent mechanism as the inner shaft is rotated about the rotation axis; an outer shaft including a passage extending along an elongate axis thereof configured for receiving the inner shaft therein so that the inner shaft and outer shaft are arranged to rotate concentrically relative to each other about the rotation axis, the outer shaft further including a flanged portion configured for seating upon an outer surface of the annular support member; a PCB unit disposed on the surface of the base platform comprising: a first transducer circuit unit operably coupled to the inner shaft and responsive to rotational movement of the inner shaft about the rotation axis so that the first transducer circuit unit outputs a first electrical signal that is indicative of a rotational position of the inner shaft about the rotational axis; a second transducer circuit unit operably coupled to the outer shaft and responsive to rotational movement of the outer shaft about the rotation axis so that the second transducer circuit unit will output a second electrical signal that is indicative of a rotational position of the outer shaft about the rotational axis; a housing configured for enclosing the first and second transducer circuit units therein and having an opening disposed in a wall of the housing via which ends of the inner and outer shafts may extend outwardly of the housing along the rotation axis; and an outer shaft detent mechanism located between the outer shaft and an inner surface of the housing configured for releasably securing the outer shaft in a plurality of rotational positions corresponding to each of a plurality of detent positions of the outer shaft detent mechanism as the outer shaft is rotated about the rotation axis.

Abstract: A touch control human-machine interface for use in controlling operation of a machine, said interface including: an interface housing; a cover plate disposed on an outer-surface of the housing, said cover plate having a first electrically-conductive portion configured for touch interaction by a user's finger; a circuit assembly disposed within the housing, said circuit assembly including a circuit board having a second electrically-conductive portion and a light illumination module operably-connected thereto; a spacer element disposed between and separating the first conductive portion from the second conductive portion such that the first conductive portion, the second conductive portion and the spacer element are configured to form a capacitor device that is operably-connected with the circuit assembly; said first electrically-conductive portion being configured for deformation by the user's finger so as to cause a change in capacitance across the capacitor device, and whereby responsive to said change in capacitance, the circuit assembly is configured for generating a control signal for controlling operation of the machine, and, for controlling the light illumination module to propagate a light emission from the circuit assembly through the housing and cover plate so as to be visible externally of the housing.

Abstract: A trigger assembly for an electrical device that includes a main body having a housing within which an electrical switch unit is disposed. The trigger assembly may include a trigger member having an engagement portion that is hingedly connected to the main body so that the trigger member is rotatable about a hinge relative to the main body. The trigger assembly may include an actuator member operably-connected to the trigger member that is movable between an OFF position and an ON position. The trigger assembly may include a lock-off mechanism including a lock-off member that is selectively operable to restrict movement of the trigger member towards the main body and to thereby restrict movement of the actuator member from the OFF position into the ON position, and, to not restrict movement of the trigger member toward the main body.

Abstract: A system for controlling operation of an electric device includes the electric device, at least one contactless sensor module connected to the electric device, and a wearable item equipped with a sensor-readable tag configured for contactless interaction with the contactless sensor of the electric device. The tag is configured for movement with the wearable item into a plurality of different positions relative to the contactless sensor, and the contactless sensor is configured to sense different sensor readings in response to movement of the tag into the plurality of different positions. Abstract: A control stick includes a control portion, a first electrical contact portion and a second electrical contact portion. The control portion has plural first moving contact points, the first electrical contact portion has a control board and plural first static contact points corresponding to the first moving contact points respectively, and a gap exists between the first moving contact point and the respective first static contact point. The first static contact points are electrically connected with the control board. When the control portion swings towards one of the first moving contact points, the first moving contact point is contacted and conducted with the first static contact point. This control stick is capable of achieving the control of a multiple of variables to meet the requirements of controlling a multiple variable in some occasions.
