摘要: An energy storage apparatus 50 includes: a cell 62; positive and negative external terminals 51, 52; a current interruption device 53 disposed on a first line 55P that connects the cell and one of the external terminals; a resistor 54 for current measurement that is disposed on a second line 55N that connects the cell and the other of the external terminals; a discharge circuit 120 connected to the cell 62 and the current interruption device 53 in parallel; and a control device 130. The discharge circuit 120 includes a discharge resistor 121 and a discharge switch 123. The control device 130, in a state where the current interruption device 53 is controlled to take an open state, measures currents I1, I2 by the resistor 54 with respect to a state where the discharge switch 123 is in a closed position and a state where the discharge switch 123 is in an open position, and diagnoses a failure in the current interruption device 53 based on a difference ΔI between a current value I2 measured when the discharge switch 123 is in the closed position and a current value I1 measured when the discharge switch 123 is in the open position.

摘要: An energy storage apparatus includes a plurality of energy storage devices connected in series, a voltage detection circuit that detects voltages of the plurality of energy storage devices, and a discharge circuit that discharges the energy storage devices individually, and a BMU having a control unit, in which the control unit discharges only an energy storage device having a highest voltage among the plurality of energy storage devices. Further, charging is stopped when a first duration elapses in a state that a cell voltage of the energy storage device having the highest voltage exceeds a first voltage threshold, or charging is stopped when a second duration elapses in a state that the cell voltage of the energy storage device having the highest voltage exceeds a second voltage threshold.

摘要: A management device manages a secondary battery which includes a positive electrode having an active material with a characteristic where a potential flat portion exists in a relationship between a capacity and a potential. The management device includes a management unit which detects an occurrence of temporary degradation of the secondary battery when an SOC correlation associated value which is associated with an SOC of the secondary battery is acquired and the SOC which corresponds to the acquired SOC correlation associated value is equal to or less than a preset prescribed SOC or when a state value relating to a voltage of the secondary battery is acquired and a magnitude relationship between the acquired state value relating to the voltage of the secondary battery and a preset threshold value satisfies a predetermined condition.

摘要: An estimation apparatus that estimates a degradation amount of an energy storage device includes: a storage unit; and an arithmetic processing unit. The energy storage device has a characteristic of including a first degradation area in which a temporal transition of a degradation amount shows a first transition and a second degradation area in which the temporal transition of the degradation amount shows a second transition. The storage unit holds first arithmetic data for calculating the degradation amount in the first degradation area, and second arithmetic data for calculating the degradation amount in the second degradation area. The arithmetic processing unit executes determination processing of determining a degradation area of the energy storage device, and estimation processing of selecting arithmetic data corresponding to the degradation area from the storage unit to estimate the degradation amount of the energy storage device.

摘要: A management device for an energy storage device, includes a processing unit that manages the energy storage device. When the management device for the energy storage device has lost power due to a voltage drop of the energy storage device, the processing unit determines whether cause of the power loss is an external short circuit between external terminals of the energy storage device or an engine start, and the processing unit executes a response operation according to the occurrence of the external short circuit in the case of the external short circuit, and does not execute the response operation in the case of the engine start.
