Abstract: This disclosure provides a data query method and apparatus. The method includes: dividing an object storage system into a plurality of storage spaces based on time slices, establishing a mapping relationship between the storage spaces, the time slices, and operation records, recording time slice information corresponding to a snapshot after generating the snapshot, and implementing services such as a read-only service, a snapshot rollback service, and an object change service based on the snapshot, so as to improve query performance without adding extra storage overheads.

Abstract: This application provides a frequency scaling method. The method includes: predicting an energy efficiency parameter for processing a current frame of an image by at least one module; and selecting, from a plurality of frequency sets based on the predicted energy efficiency parameter, a first frequency set that meets an energy efficiency requirement, and scaling a working frequency of each of the at least one module for processing the current frame to a preset frequency corresponding to each of the at least one module. According to the technical solutions provided in the embodiments of this application, a load change requirement can be responded to in time in a frequency scaling process.

A specific implementation method is: receiving, by a high frequency base station, measurement information sent by low and medium frequency base stations of multiple telecommunications operators or measurement reports sent by first user equipments of multiple telecommunications operators, where the high frequency base station works in a high frequency band, the low and medium frequency base stations work in a low and medium frequency band, and the first user equipments are served by the high frequency base station; allocating, by the high frequency base station, multiple component carriers comprised in high frequency resources to the low and medium frequency base stations according to the measurement information, to obtain an allocation result.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure disclose a method for transmitting a clock packet. The method includes: a first network element generates a first clock packet, where the first clock packet includes a first source identity and first clock information, and the first source identity is used to indicate a device that provides the first clock information. The first network element sends the first clock packet to a second network element forming a ring network with the first network element. The first network element receives a second clock packet sent by the second network element, where the second clock packet includes a second source identity and second clock information, and the second source identity is used to indicate a device that provides the second clock information. The first network element skips tracking the second clock information after determining that the second source identity is the same as the first source identity.
