Abstract: Embodiments of this disclosure provide a communication method and apparatus. The method includes: a central node obtains N indication parameters that are in a one-to-one correspondence with N distributed nodes, where a first indication parameter in the N indication parameters indicates a communication capability and a computing capability of a first distributed node, and the first distributed node is any node in the N distributed nodes, and determines M network parameters based on the N indication parameters, where the M network parameters are in a one-to-one correspondence with M distributed nodes in the N distributed nodes, and a first network parameter in the M network parameters indicates at least one of a communication configuration or a neural network architecture configuration of the first distributed node. The central node sends the M network parameters, where N and M are positive integers, and M is less than or equal to N.

Abstract: This application provides a model training method and a related apparatus. In the method, a second communication apparatus receives a first neural network parameter of a first communication apparatus, and sends first indication information to the first communication apparatus when a correlation coefficient between the first neural network parameter and a second neural network parameter of the second communication apparatus is less than a first threshold. In the method, when a specific condition is met, a terminal cancels a pending SR triggered by an uplink BSR, and when some other conditions are met, the terminal cancels a pending SR triggered by a sidelink BSR. Abstract: This application relates to a network device transmission bandwidth reduction method and related device for reducing a transmission bandwidth of a network device, thereby reducing power consumption and battery life of terminal devices. A serving cell is one or more cells that currently provide services for the terminal. In this way, the network device reduces a transmission bandwidth of the serving cell based on the target transmission bandwidth reduction coefficient reported by the terminal.

Abstract: A data transmission method and apparatus are described. The method includes a receive end receiving a first parameter, where the first parameter includes a parameter of a probability distribution of a hidden variable. The hidden variable is obtained by encoding first data by using an encoder of a variational auto-encoder. The receive end determines the probability distribution based on the first parameter, and samples the probability distribution M times to obtain M pieces of sampled data, where M is a positive integer. The receive end reconstructs the first data based on the M pieces of sampled data. According to the described data transmission method and apparatus, the first parameter is transmitted, so that the receive end can support a plurality of times of sampling, thereby reducing an amount of data transmitted over an air interface, and reducing data transmission overhead.
