A method at an UE comprises transmitting at least one of a capability on DL panel activation, a capability on UL panel activation, a capability on DL panel switching, a capability on UL panel switching, a capability on DL beam switching, and a capability on UL beam switching; and determining, when a new beam for DL reception or UL transmission is indicated, when the new beam is applied for DL reception or UL transmission according to at least one of the capabilities.

The indication method includes: detecting a preemption indication message after the UE receives a uplink grant; discarding a portion of uplink data or all of uplink data corresponding to the uplink grant, when the uplink data is after a symbol that is X symbols after the preemption indication message, wherein the X=t1+TA, the t1 is a time taken by the UE to decode the preemption indication message and the t1 is related to a capability of the UE, the TA is a timing advance value.

摘要: A base station distributed unit may transmit a timing advance command for a timing advance group to a wireless device. The base station distributed unit may start a time alignment timer for the timing advance group of the wireless device in response to the transmission of the timing advance command. The base station distributed unit may determine expiration of the time alignment timer. The base station distributed unit may transmit a first message to a base station central unit. The first message may indicate the expiration of the time alignment timer for the timing advance group of the wireless device.

摘要: Disclosed are techniques for wireless communication. In an aspect, a relative location anchor group (RLAG) may facilitate a position estimation procedure in an environment where absolute position estimation accuracy is below a threshold. An absolute position estimate derived via the RLAG may optionally be transformed to a true (or more accurate) position estimate via transformation information. In some cases, new anchors may be added to the RLAG after performing a position estimation procedure with the RLAG. In other designs, a local coordinate system (LCS) may be used for position estimation in lieu of a global coordinate system (GCS), such as WGS 84.

摘要: Embodiments of a User Equipment (UE) to support dual-connectivity with a Master Evolved Node-B (MeNB) and a Secondary eNB (SeNB) are disclosed herein. The UE may receive downlink traffic packets from the MeNB and from the SeNB as part of a split data radio bearer (DRB). At least a portion of control functionality for the split DRB may be performed at each of the MeNB and the SeNB. The UE may receive an uplink eNB indicator for an uplink eNB to which the UE is to transmit uplink traffic packets as part of the split DRB. Based at least partly on the uplink eNB indicator, the UE may transmit uplink traffic packets to the uplink eNB as part of the split DRB. The uplink eNB may be selected from a group that includes the MeNB and the SeNB.

For example, aspects disclosed herein provide techniques for enabling a UE (e.g., a reduced capability UE) to associate at least one of a TCI state or a spatial relation with respective hopping regions. An example method for wireless communication at a UE includes determining, while communicating using a first frequency range comprising a first set of frequency hops, at least one of a TCI state or a spatial relation for communicating using a second frequency range comprising a second set of frequency hops. The example method also includes communicating, after switching communication from the first frequency range to the second frequency range, using the second frequency range based on the determined at least one of the TCI state or the spatial relation.

摘要: A communication apparatus includes circuitry and a transmitter. The circuitry sets a number of physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) candidates per aggregation level in a search space of a signal, and indicates the set number of PDCCH candidates to a user equipment (UE) wherein the search space is monitored by the UE based on the set number of PDCCH candidates. The transmitter transmit the signal. A maximum number of monitored PDCCH candidates per slot depends on a subcarrier interval. A first subcarrier interval is one-quarter as wide as a second subcarrier interval, and a first maximum number of monitored PDCCH candidates per slot with the first subcarrier interval is not four times as high as a second maximum number of monitored PDCCH candidates per slot with the second subcarrier interval.

摘要: Disclosed are techniques for wireless communication. In an aspect, a position estimation entity configures a sidelink anchor group with sidelink anchor(s), to which respective sidelink PRS pre-configuration(s) are sent. A UE transmits a request to schedule an on-demand sidelink PRS position estimation session of the UE. The position estimation entity provides the UE with assistance data associated with the sidelink anchor group for the on-demand sidelink PRS position estimation session. The UE sends the sidelink anchor group a sidelink PRS trigger to perform a sidelink PRS exchange with some or all of the sidelink anchor group in accordance with the respective sidelink PRS pre-configuration(s).

Additionally, information (e.g. a definition or configuration) associated with an ePDCCH may be provided and/or received and ePDCCH resources may be monitored and/or decoded based on such information. An indication for support of a reduced bandwidth by the full bandwidth network may also be provided and/or received and control channels in the reduced or narrow bandwidth may be monitored and/or decoded based on the indication. A PRACH preamble and/or a multi-type subframe definition may also be provided and/or used for support of such a reduced bandwidth.
