Abstract: Heat flow management device for motor vehicles has a refrigerant circulation, a power train coolant circulation and a heating line heat carrier circulation. The refrigerant circulation includes a compressor, an indirect condenser, an expansion element, an ambient heat exchanger, an evaporator and a chiller. The power train coolant circulation includes a coolant pump, the chiller, an electric motor heat exchanger and a power train coolant radiator, wherein the heating line heat carrier circulation comprises a coolant pump, the indirect condenser and a heating heat exchanger, wherein the refrigerant circulation and the power train coolant circulation are directly thermally coupled with one another across the chiller. Refrigerant circulation and heating line heat carrier circulation are directly thermally coupled with one another across the indirect condenser. Power train coolant circulation and the heating line heat carrier circulation are only indirectly thermally coupled with one another across the refrigerant circulation.

Abstract: A climate control system of a motor vehicle having a refrigeration circuit and a coolant circuit. The refrigeration circuit includes a compressor, a refrigerant-coolant heat exchanger operable as a condenser/gas cooler for heat exchange between the refrigerant and the coolant of the coolant circuit, and at least one first refrigerant-air heat exchanger for conditioning intake air for the passenger compartment having a first expansion element upstream in a flow direction of the refrigerant. The coolant circuit includes a conveyor device, a first coolant-air heat exchanger heating the intake air for the passenger compartment, and the refrigerant-coolant heat exchanger. A refrigerant-air heat exchanger for exchanging heat between the refrigerant and ambient air is provided. The refrigerant-air heat exchanger is arranged downstream of the first refrigerant-coolant heat exchanger in the flow direction of the refrigerant. An expansion element is upstream of the refrigerant-air heat exchanger in the flow direction of the refrigerant.

Abstract: An air conditioning system of a motor vehicle with a refrigeration circuit and with a coolant circuit. The refrigeration circuit includes a compressor, a refrigerant-coolant heat exchanger operable as a condenser/gas cooler for the heat exchange between the refrigerant and the coolant of the coolant circuit, a first expansion device, and a first refrigerant-air heat exchanger for conditioning the intake air for the passenger compartment. The coolant circuit includes a conveying device, a first coolant-air heat exchanger for heating the intake air for the passenger compartment and the refrigerant-coolant heat exchanger. The refrigeration circuit further includes a second refrigerant-air heat exchanger for conditioning the intake air for the passenger compartment with a second expansion device located upstream in flow direction of the refrigerant. The coolant circuit is formed with a second coolant-air heat exchanger for heating the intake air for the passenger compartment.

Abstract: An air conditioning system for conditioning air of a passenger compartment of a motor vehicle. The air conditioning system operable in a cooling mode, a heat pump mode, and a reheating mode, the system includes an enclosure with a first flow channel and a second flow channel conducting air, and a refrigerant circulation system with a heat exchanger operable as an evaporator independent of the operating mode and a heat exchanger operable as a condenser independent of the operating mode. Both heat exchangers are located inside the enclosure. The refrigerant circulation system also includes a heat exchanger outside of the enclosure and inside the refrigerant path, an expansion element upstream from the evaporator in the flow direction of the refrigerant, and a bypass parallel to the refrigerant path to channel the refrigerant around the heat exchanger as needed.

Abstract: Device for a climate control system of a motor vehicle. The device includes a refrigeration circuit with a compressor for the two-stage compression of the refrigerant and injection of refrigerant at an intermediate pressure level, at least one heat exchanger operated as a condenser/gas cooler, a first internal heat exchanger, at least a first heat exchanger operated as an evaporator, which is situated upstream from a first expansion element in the flow direction of the refrigerant, as well as a first flow path and a second flow path, each of which extends from a branching point to the compressor.
