摘要: Based on traffic that includes a plurality of types of calls and varies with time, resources are located efficiently in a base transceiver station that has a plurality of cards that perform baseband signal processing, and prevention of the occurrence of call loss is contrived. There are provided signal processing cards that perform baseband signal processing and so forth, a radio resource monitoring section that monitors the state of signal processing cards, a radio resource control section that performs signal processing card resource allocation and shifting, and a traffic recording section that records the traffic generated in different time periods; and call loss when accommodating a most frequently generated call in each time period can be prevented by, as far as possible, determining a threshold value for the number of vacant resources from the call that is to be accommodated, activating relocation processing when the number of vacant resources in the base transceiver station becomes lower than the threshold value, and varying the threshold value based on the number of required resources of the most frequently generated calls in each time period.

摘要: It is an object to achieve both improvements in system capacity and load distribution, by allocating resources so as not to generate the call loss as possible. A protected call is set, the resource allocating scheme is varied according to the resource state of each card, call allocating processing is performed to distribute loads at the low traffic time, while being performed to use up as possible resources of a card with a high in-use rate at the high traffic time, and it is thereby possible to obtain the advantageous effect of using resources with high efficiency to enable the load distribution over signal processing cards without generating the call loss as possible.

摘要: A base transceiver station enabling increases in the number of calls that can be accommodated at the same time. In the apparatus, each of signal processing cards 103-1 to 103-M has a predetermined number of resources to perform baseband processing on a call. Group creating section 108 compares the number of required resources of a call with a predetermined number, and sorts the call to a group corresponding to a result of the comparison. Resource control section 104 allocates a call to connect to either of signal processing cards 103-1 to 103-M. Further, resource control section 104 reallocates the call to another signal processing card of signal processing cards 103-1 to 103-M, according to the group to which the call, allocated to either of signal processing cards 103-1 to 103-M, is sorted.

摘要: A switching system capable of carrying out call recording without producing any reception delay in communication data. In this system, upon reception of a call connection request from a communication terminal 210, a call control apparatus 250 selects a multicast address, notifies the multicast address to all communication terminals 230 involving in the call connection and joins a multicast group indicated by the address. The communication terminal 210 transmits all voice data of the call using the address while the call is connected and the call control apparatus 250 mixes the voice packet directed to the own apparatus sent to the address and stores the voice packet in a user data voice storage database 160.

摘要: A vector block information indicating a plurality of line segment rows is read out from a block map. Each line segment row divides an area of a block from an area of a road in an image drawing region. Each point at which one end of a line segment row contacts with a boundary line of the image drawing region is set as a boundary point. In this case, a road crossing the boundary line of the image drawing region is indicated by a pair of line segment rows having a pair of boundary points close to each other. To determine an area of the road, the pair of boundary points are connected with each other through a connecting line segment. Therefore, a road area in the image drawing region can be automatically extracted from the block map. In addition, an end area of the road placed at the boundary line of the image drawing region is reshaped to have two right-angle corners at the end area of the road, a length of a road area at the boundary line of the image drawing region is shortened, an area of a narrow road is deleted from the road area, an area of a narrow road is widened, or a plurality of blocks placed in an administrative district is unified by deleting areas of a plurality of roads dividing the blocks.

摘要: A communication control apparatus, communication terminal apparatus, server apparatus, and communication control method are provided that continue video and/or voice communication in a way that feels seamless to the user even when communication conditions change in a mobile environment. Newly introducing a lower layer management section that notifies an upper layer of lower layer information such as field intensity and network congestion into a conventional communication terminal apparatus, which is configured in such a way that this lower layer information is concealed from the application, enables the connection control section that provides the application's service generation environment to recognize lower layer information directly, and makes possible various kinds of status determination and control changes based on lower layer information at the application level.
