摘要: There is provided a catalyst for dimethyl carbonate synthesis which has a high conversion rate under the supercritical condition of CO2 and can be handled easily. The catalyst for dimethyl carbonate is obtained by loading SO42− or PO43− on a carrier composed of a compound having a solid acid site, and is used to produce dimethyl carbonate from acetone dimethyl carbonate and CO2 in a supercritical state. The component having a solid acid site is preferably one or more of ZrO2, Al2O3, and TiO2.

摘要: The present invention provides a method and apparatus for producing dimethyl carbonate, wherein carbon dioxide is recovered from combustion exhaust gas of a steam reformer 10 and a boiler; and some of the recovered carbon dioxide is used for methanol synthesis as a raw material for the steam reformer 10, and the remaining carbon dioxide is allowed to react with some of the yielded methanol to synthesize dimethyl carbonate. According to the present invention, CO2, which has conventionally been discharged, is returned to the steam reformer and is used effectively to produce DMC, and also devices for producing methanol and DMC can be simplified.

摘要: A separation system has a distillation column, an overhead vapor supply pipe connected to the top of the distillation column, first and second branch pipes branching from the overhead vapor supply pipe and a superheater connected to the first branch pipe. A separator downstream of the superheater has a separation membrane for separating overhead vapor from the top of the distillation column into permeable vapor and nonpermeable vapor by allowing only a selected portion of the overhead vapor to permeate the separation membrane. A reflux unit has a condenser connected to the second branch pipe for cooling a portion of the overhead vapor into a liquid and a gas-liquid separator for separating gas from the liquid produced by cooling and returning the separated liquid into the top of the distillation column.

摘要: There is provided a method for transporting a fluid, in which even if the fluid is transported for a long period of time, dehydration after transportation is not needed, and the transported fluid can be used immediately after transportation. Specifically, there is provided a method for transporting a fluid, comprising steps of: dehydrating some of the transportation fluid during transportation by using a dehydration system comprising a separation membrane through which water permeates, and returning the dehydrated fluid to the transportation fluid so as to keep water content in the transportation fluid in a fixed range. In one embodiment, the transportation fluid is a liquid, and the dehydration system comprises a heater for heating the liquid to a temperature in a range in which the liquid does not boil, and a membrane separation apparatus for dehydrating the heated liquid, wherein the membrane separation apparatus is a PV method apparatus comprising a primary side chamber extending in an up and down direction to introduce the liquid from a lower portion thereof and discharge it from an upper portion thereof, a separation membrane in contact with the primary side chamber to allow water in the liquid to permeate through as a gas, and a secondary side chamber being located on the opposite side to the primary side chamber with the separation membrane held therebetween and being under a pressure lower than that in the primary side chamber.

摘要: A reactor comprises a plurality of triple tubes having reaction tube, inner tube and central tube and disposed in a main body of the reactor, a first supply port formed in the main body and communicated with the central tube, and a second supply port formed in the main body and communicated with an annular space of triple tubes. The raw material introduced from the first supply port is fed into the catalyst layer to permit the reaction of the raw material to take place, and that as the activity of the catalyst is gradually lowered, the quantity of raw material to be fed to the first supply port is correspondingly reduced, and the quantity of raw material corresponding to this reduction of raw material is fed from the second supply port to the catalyst layer charged in the annular space.
