    Abstract: This application provides an evaporative cooling unit. The evaporative cooling unit includes an outdoor channel, an indoor channel, and a heat exchange apparatus, and, further includes: an air filter and a defrosting apparatus that are disposed in the outdoor channel. The defrosting apparatus is located on a side that is of the air filter and that is close to an air intake vent of the outdoor channel. The defrosting apparatus includes a heat exchange film, and the heat exchange film has a first channel and a second channel that are arranged crosswise. The first channel communicates with the air intake vent of the outdoor channel, the second channel communicates with the indoor channel, and the first channel communicates with the second channel. The defrosting apparatus further includes a switch valve, and the switch valve is configured to control the second channel to communicate with the indoor channel.

    Abstract: A charging apparatus and a charging control method, so that only a small quantity of relays are required when an output voltage range and an output power of a power converter are increased. This effectively reduces circuit costs of the charging apparatus, and effectively simplifies a control procedure for serial connection or parallel connection between a plurality of outputs of the power converter. The apparatus includes a first power converter, a first relay, and a second relay. The first power converter includes a first output end and a second output end. Conduction states of the first relay and the second relay are controlled, to control serial connection or parallel connection between the plurality of output ends of the first power converter.

    Abstract: A charging circuit includes at least two groups of DC/DC converters, at least one group of relay switches, and at least one diode that are mutually coupled. The relay switch is configured to connect the at least two groups of DC/DC converters in series when a first voltage is in a first threshold range. The first voltage is a charging voltage of an electric vehicle. The relay switch is further configured to connect the at least two groups of DC/DC converters in parallel when the first voltage is in a second threshold range. The diode is configured to prevent a current of a storage battery in the electric vehicle from flowing back. In embodiments of this application, a volume of a charging apparatus can be reduced.
