    Abstract: A temperature control system includes: a first cooling circuit, where a first cooling medium is circulated in the first cooling circuit, and the first cooling circuit is configured to cool a first structural unit; a second cooling circuit, where a second cooling medium is circulated in the second cooling circuit, and the second cooling circuit is configured to cool a second structural unit; and a heat exchanger, separately connected to the first cooling circuit and the second cooling circuit, and configured to perform heat exchange between the first cooling medium and the second cooling medium, where the first cooling circuit includes a bypass branch, and the bypass branch is connected in parallel to the heat exchanger. According to the temperature control system, heat dissipation efficiency for an inverter and an overall heat dissipation capability for a powertrain are improved.

    Abstract: A stator includes a stator core and a seal kit. The stator core includes a yoke part and a plurality of tooth parts. A tooth root of the tooth part is connected to the yoke part. A tooth top of the tooth part is away from the yoke part. An opening slot is formed between two adjacent tooth parts. The opening slot includes a coil slot and a flow passing slot that communicate with each other. The coil slot extends from the tooth top to the tooth root. The coil slot is configured to accommodate a stator coil. The flow passing slot extends from the tooth root to the yoke part. The seal kit is connected to an inner wall of the opening slot. The seal kit and the inner wall of the flow passing slot jointly form a flow passing passage for a coolant to flow through.

    Abstract: A stator, a motor, a powertrain, and a mechanical device. The stator includes a stator core, a coil winding, a first end plate, and a second end plate. The stator core includes a plurality of gaps extending along an axial direction, to form first coolant flow channels. The first coolant flow channel communicates with a liquid inlet region of the stator core. End faces of two ends of the stator core along the axial direction are respectively a first end face and a second end face. The first end plate is mounted on the first end face, and the second end plate is mounted on the second end face. A second coolant flow channel is formed between the first end plate and the first end face. A quantity of fittings of the motor is small, a leakage risk is low, and heat dissipation effect is good.

    Abstract: A powertrain includes a motor, a reducer, an oil pan, and a cooling system. The cooling system includes at least one heat exchanger and at least two oil pumps. The at least two oil pumps are configured to deliver, to the heat exchanger, cooling oil sucked from the oil pan. The heat exchanger is configured to cool the cooling oil sucked by the at least two oil pumps. An oil outlet port of the heat exchanger is connected to an oil passage in the motor and an oil passage in the reducer, so that a part of the cooling oil cools the motor through the oil passage in the motor, and another part of the cooling oil cools the reducer through the oil passage in the reducer. The embodiments can improve a cooling effect of the cooling system for the powertrain.

    Abstract: A motor, a powertrain, and a device. A plurality of first oil channels are formed between an inner surface of a housing and an outer surface of a stator core, second oil channels are formed at groove roots of coil slots of the stator core, to form double-layer oil channels at the outer surface of the stator core and the root of the coil slot of the stator core, and ensure effective cooling of the stator core and a coil winding. After cooling oil is injected from an oil filling port, a flow direction of the cooling oil in some of the second oil channels is opposite to that of cooling oil in a remaining second oil channel, so that interleaved reverse flows are implemented, and axial temperature of the stator core and the coil winding is more even.
