    Abstract: A user equipment receives first indication information from a network device, where the first indication information indicates a status of each resource block group in a grant-free GF resource, the GF resource includes one or more resource block groups, each resource block group includes at least one resource block, and a status of one resource block group includes a congested state or an idle state. The user equipment performs first communication with the network device by using a first resource, where the first resource is determined based on the first indication information, and the first resource is at least one resource block group in the GF resource.

    Abstract: A data transmission method and a related device. In the method, a first terminal device receives response information based on received DCI that is associated with SSB information and/or a first identity and that is from a network device. In this way, the first terminal device may learn in advance, based on the received DCI, whether to receive response information scheduled by using the DCI.     Abstract: This application provides a data transmission method and apparatus, to reduce terminal power consumption and ensure transmission reliability during uplink data transmission. The method includes: A terminal transmits first uplink data to a network device on a non-dynamically scheduled resource. The terminal receives response information for the first uplink data from the network device, where the response information is used to indicate whether the first uplink data is successfully received. The response information is further used to indicate whether the terminal monitors a physical downlink control channel PDCCH under a configured condition. If the response information indicates the terminal not to monitor the PDCCH under the configured condition, the response information may be further used to indicate to transmit second uplink data by using the non-dynamically scheduled resource under the configured condition.
