Abstract: This application discloses example methods for scheduling a task processing entity. One example method includes receiving, by a first task processing entity, resource requirement information associated with a to-be-processed task. The first task processing entity can then determine m second task processing entities based on an entity status information table and the resource requirement information, where a status that is of each of the m second task processing entities and that is recorded in the entity status information table is an idle state. The first task processing entity can then identify from the m second task processing entities, a particular second task processing entity that currently includes an idle resource meeting the resource requirement information. The first task processing entity can then schedule the particular second task processing entity to process the to-be-processed task.

Abstract: A network routing device, a network data transmission method, and a network access device. The network routing device's first network transmission processing module is configured to convert a received data signal into at least two baseband signals, send one baseband signal to a first radio frequency unit, and send another baseband signal to a first wired communication module. The first radio frequency unit converts the baseband signal into a radio frequency signal and sends the radio frequency signal by using a first antenna, and the first wired communication module converts the baseband signal into a network signal that can be transmitted in a wired transmission medium and sends the network signal to the wired transmission medium for transmission. According to the network routing device, a signal can be transmitted in both a wired manner and a wireless manner. This improves signal transmission reliability.

Abstract: A first optical path pointing apparatus includes a first optical transceiver, a first position sensitive detector, and a first adjuster. The first optical transceiver is configured to transmit a first beacon light to a second optical path pointing apparatus and configured to receive the first beacon light reflected by a second prism in the second optical path pointing apparatus. The first position sensitive detector is configured to determine a first alignment angle of the first optical path pointing apparatus based on first information of a position at which the first beacon light reflected by the second prism reaches the first position sensitive detector and send the first alignment angle to the first adjuster. The first adjuster is configured to adjust the first alignment angle thereby generating an adjusted first alignment angle that satisfies a first pointing precision threshold.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide example resource allocation methods. One example method includes determining, by a first node, a hash value corresponding to a first cluster. The first node can obtain a hash ring, where the hash ring includes at least one hash value interval, and each hash value interval corresponds to one second cluster. The first node can determine a target second cluster based on the hash value corresponding to the first cluster, where the hash value corresponding to the first cluster belongs to a target hash interval, the target hash interval is a hash value interval in the at least one hash value interval, and the target hash interval corresponds to the target second cluster. The first node can establish an association relationship between the first cluster and a target second cluster, where the target second cluster is allowed to apply for a resource from the first cluster.

Abstract: This application relates to the distributed system field, and in particular, to a resource scheduling technology for a distributed system. In a task assignment method, a share of an assigned resource of a user is obtained, a to-be-assigned task is selected from a to-be-assigned task list, and the to-be-assigned task is assigned, based on a maximum threshold, to a first computing node whose remaining resource can meet the to-be-assigned task. In addition, after the to-be-assigned task is assigned to the first computing node, at least one type of monitored resource of the first computing node meets that an amount of the type of remaining monitored resource is greater than or equal to a maximum threshold corresponding to the monitored resource.

Abstract: This application discloses a resource scheduling method, so as to resolve a prior-art problem of low resource usage. The method includes: determining, by a resource scheduler, a dominant share of an ith user, and determining a dominant idle resource of an ath node; then selecting, from N users, a first user with a minimum dominant share, and selecting a first task from tasks, of the first user, to which no resources are allocated; selecting a first node from M nodes according to dominant idle resources of the M nodes, where a dominant idle resource of the selected first node is the same as a resource corresponding to a dominant share of the selected first user; and finally, scheduling, by the resource scheduler, a resource of the selected first node to the selected first user, so that the first user executes the selected first task by using the scheduled resource.
