摘要: A pulse wave measurement device including: a belt to be worn around a measurement target site; first and second pulse wave sensors that are mounted on the belt spaced from each other with respect to a width direction of the belt, and that detect pulse waves of opposing portions of an artery passing through the measurement target site; a pressing unit that is mounted on the belt is capable of changing pressing forces of the pulse wave sensors against the measurement target site; a waveform comparing unit that acquires pulse wave signals which are time-sequentially output by the pulse wave sensors respectively, and compares waveforms of the pulse wave signals; and a pulse wave sensor pressing force setting unit that variably sets the pressing forces by the pressing unit such that the waveforms of the pulse wave signals compared by the waveform comparing unit become identical to each other.

摘要: Embodiments of this disclosure are directed to a wearable blood pressure measurement device having an inner sleeve and a cuff module. The inner sleeve is wearable on a limb of a user and has a first attachment mechanism. The cuff module has a second attachment mechanism that is attachable to the first attachment mechanism. The cuff module includes a cuff configured for placement over the inner sleeve, a bladder assembly having one or more bladders configured to expand and contract in response to a flow of a fluid therethrough, and a controller. The controller is configured to measure a blood pressure of the user while controlling expansion and contraction of the one or more bladders.

摘要: A system for monitoring a patient includes an inflatable cuff configured to at least partially occlude an artery of the patient, and a sensor configured to determine a first parameter associated with the at least partially occluded artery and to generate an output signal indicative of the first parameter. The system also includes a processor configured to receive the output signal and information indicative of an occlusion efficiency of the cuff. The processor is configured to determine a hemodynamic parameter of the patient based on the output signal and the information.

摘要: A method of determining blood pressure measurements includes inflating a cuff, receiving an indication of pressure inside the cuff during inflation, determining a blood pressure based at least in part on the received indication, assigning a confidence level to the blood pressure, and determining whether the confidence level satisfies a threshold confidence level. Based at least on a determination that the confidence level satisfies a threshold confidence level, the method can include causing a display to display the blood pressure. Based at least on a determination that the confidence level does not satisfy a threshold confidence level, the method can include deflating the cuff, receiving an indication of pressure inside the cuff during deflation, determining another blood pressure, and causing a display to display a blood pressure.

摘要: The blood pressure measuring device (1) is designed as a photoplethysmographic measuring system which functions according to the “vascular unloading technique”. Metrological components and a pressure generating and pressure control system are accommodated in the base part (3). The fitted cuff part (2) has an ergonomic palm support (4), two finger supports (6) divided from one another by a web (5), and also a receiving part (7) which comprises two receiving tubes (9) for fingers. The cuff part (2) projects beyond the base part (3), both towards the front and also towards the rear, and covers the base part (3) almost completely, i.e. by more than 90%. The lateral attachment of the cable (8) facing in the direction of the forearm has the advantage that the cable can be guided along the patient's arm, the wrist does not rub against the cable (8), and in particular the carpal tunnel is also protected.

摘要: A method of measuring noninvasive blood pressure includes determining a window for pulse detection for a patient, receiving a pressure signal measured from a measure sensor in a blood pressure cuff, and setting a pulse detection period for each heart beat based on the window and a heart beat indicator indicating at least one heart beat time for the patient. The pressure signal is then examined within each pulse detection period to identify a pressure peak therein. A blood pressure for the patient is determined based on the pressure peaks detected in the pressure signal.

摘要: A blood pressure measuring apparatus according to an aspect of the present invention includes: a touch sensor; a pulse wave measurer configured to measure pulse waves from a user; a contact force measurer including at least three force sensors and configured to measure a contact force between the touch sensor and the user by using the at least three force sensors; a contact area measurer configured to measure a contact area between the user and the touch sensor; and a processor configured to determine a vertical direction error, which indicates a degree of deviation of a direction of force, applied by the user to press the touch sensor, from a vertical direction to a surface of the touch sensor based on sensor values sensed by the at least three force sensors, and estimate blood pressure according to a determination result of the vertical direction error based on the pulse waves, the contact force, and the contact area.

摘要: A sphygmomanometer has a nocturnal blood pressure measurement mode in which blood pressure measurement automatically starts according to a predetermined schedule. The sphygmomanometer includes a single operation switch for inputting an instruction to suspend or to recover the nocturnal blood pressure measurement mode, a suspension processing unit to perform a process for transitioning to a measurement suspension state in which blood pressure measurement does not start even when a set time arrives, when the single operation switch is operated at a first time, in the nocturnal blood pressure measurement mode, and a recovery processing unit to perform a process for recovering to the nocturnal blood pressure measurement mode, under condition that the single operation switch is operated at a second time or after a lapse of a predetermined time from a clock time when the single operation switch is operated at the first time, in the measurement suspension state.

摘要: A blood pressure detection method, an apparatus, and an electronic device are provided, having relatively accurate blood pressure detection results and are convenient to detect. The blood pressure detection method is applied to a blood pressure detection apparatus, and the method includes: acquiring blood pressure calibration information, the blood pressure calibration information being information obtained by processing according to a first pressure acting on a user and a first PPG signal when the first pressure acts on the user; acquiring a second PPG signal, and processing according to the second PPG signal to obtain the user's initial blood pressure; and calibrating the initial blood pressure according to the blood pressure calibration information, and using the blood pressure obtained by calibration as the blood pressure of the user. In this technical solution, there is no need to resort to an external device such as a blood pressure meter for assistance.
