    Abstract: An interference coordination method, apparatus, and system are provided in a communications system, which including a first cell and at least one neighboring cell of the first cell. A first cell management apparatus corresponding to the first cell sends configuration information of an uplink reference signal to at least one second cell management apparatus corresponding to the at least one neighboring cell, so that each second cell management apparatus measures the uplink reference signal sent by UE within the first cell, to obtain a second measured value; and the first cell management apparatus measures the uplink reference signal sent by the UE, to obtain a first measured value; an interference coordination apparatus coordinates downlink transmit power of the first cell and the at least one neighboring cell according to the first measured value and at least one second measured value, which effectively reduces inter-cell interference and increases a network capacity.

    Abstract: A scheduling method, apparatus, and system are provided. The system includes at least one real scheduler and a centralized virtual scheduler. The centralized virtual scheduler is configured to determine transmit power of a first cell and send the transmit power determined by the determining unit to a real scheduler corresponding to the first cell, so as to instruct the real scheduler corresponding to the first cell to schedule UE in the first cell by using the transmit power determined by the centralized virtual scheduler. Therefore, by using a layered scheduling architecture according to the present application, an upper-layer centralized virtual scheduler instructs, by performing comprehensive coordination on transmit power of multiple cells, a lower-layer real scheduler to schedule UE by using the transmit power coordinated by the centralized virtual scheduler. This can reduce inter-cell interference and improve overall network performance.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a processing method of a user equipment, including: detecting, by a user equipment in an active status, that user equipment capability of the user equipment has changed; and sending, by the user equipment, the changed user equipment capability of the user equipment to a base station. An embodiment of the present invention further provides a processing method of a mobility management entity, a user equipment, a mobility management entity, and a communications system.
