The shaft body has a convex portion and a recessed portion opposite to each other. One end of the convex portion far away from the recessed portion has a top surface. One of the plurality of slide block is disposed on the top surface. The recessed portion has two inner side wall surfaces opposite to each other and a bottom surface located between the two inner side wall surfaces. Each of the two inner side wall surfaces forms an obtuse angle with the bottom surface. Two of the rest of the plurality of slide blocks are disposed on the two inner side wall surfaces respectively.

    摘要: A temperature regulation system and a temperature regulation method are applicable to a machine tool. The temperature regulation system includes a cooling fluid storage tank, a heating fluid storage tank, an internal circulation subsystem, an external circulation subsystem and a computing unit. The internal circulation subsystem includes a first valve. The external circulation subsystem includes a plurality of flow channels and a second valve and a third valve disposed on the plurality of the flow channels. The computing unit controls the first valve, the second valve and the third valve to switch flow directions of the plurality of the flow channels among the cooling fluid storage tank, the heating fluid storage tank and machine tool. Therefore, a thermal balance of the machine tool can be effectively maintained.

    摘要: The disclosure is a thermal stability control system and a control method thereof for a machine tool. The control system mainly consists of a machine cooling sub-system composed of a pump, at least a cooling loop and a tank for storing cooling fluid, a cooling fluid cooling and heating sub-system, a heater and a micro controller. The cooling fluid cooling and heating sub-system further consists of a condenser, an evaporator, a directional valve, an expansion valve and a compressor. The micro controller dominates corresponding operation combinations of turning on/off the heater, enabling/disenabling the cooling fluid cooling and heating sub-system as a heat pump or a cooler by activating/releasing the directional vale, and adjusting upward/downward the driving frequency of an inverter duty motor to drive the pump to change the flow rate of cooling fluid through the cooling loop according the real time load of the machine tool.

    摘要: This disclosure relates to a temperature control system that may be applied to a machine tool. The system includes a cooling circulation and a controller. The cooling circulation comprises a pump, a cooler and a solenoid valve. The pump may be driven by a variable frequency motor so as to flow through the spindle of the machine tool. The cooler is serially connected with the liquid pump, and may cool the liquid coolant. The solenoid valve connects to inlet and outlet of the cooler, and may prevent the liquid coolant flows through the spindle from flowing back to the cooler. The controller is electrically connected with the variable frequency motor, the cooler and the solenoid valve. Further, the controller is connected to the machine tool to detect several parameters, so as to control the variable frequency motor, the cooler and the solenoid valve.

The power and signal transmission device includes a spindle fixing portion, a shaft rotating portion, a power transmission component and a signal transmission component. The spindle fixing portion is provided with a power input end, a primary side power induction coil, a secondary side signal induction coil and at least one signal output end. The shaft rotating portion is provided with a joining end surface for bonding to a holder, a secondary side power induction coil and a primary side signal induction coil, and is rotatable with respect to the spindle fixing portion. The power transmission component transmits an electrical energy from the power input end. The signal transmission component transmits a holder signal to the signal output end.     摘要: A machining thermostatic control system and method of using the same are disclosed. The system comprises a detecting unit, a processing unit and at least a cooling unit. The detecting unit is used for detecting the temperature distribution of a workpiece. The processing unit is coupled to the detecting unit and is used for processing the temperature distribution for obtaining a position of maximum hot spot of the workpiece. The cooling unit comprises a head which is provided for discharging cooling fluid and a plurality of blades which are angle-adjustably mounted to the head. The blades are coupled to the processing unit and the angle of blades are controlled by the processing unit for enabling the cooling fluid to flow toward to the position of maximum hot spot position.
