    Abstract: A machining thermostatic control system and method of using the same are disclosed. The system comprises a detecting unit, a processing unit and at least a cooling unit. The detecting unit is used for detecting the temperature distribution of a workpiece. The processing unit is coupled to the detecting unit and is used for processing the temperature distribution for obtaining a position of maximum hot spot of the workpiece. The cooling unit comprises a head which is provided for discharging cooling fluid and a plurality of blades which are angle-adjustably mounted to the head. The blades are coupled to the processing unit and the angle of blades are controlled by the processing unit for enabling the cooling fluid to flow toward to the position of maximum hot spot position.

    Abstract: A power and signal transmission device for a spindle of a machine tool is provided. The power and signal transmission device includes a spindle fixing portion, a shaft rotating portion, a power transmission component and a signal transmission component. The spindle fixing portion is provided with a power input end, a primary side power induction coil, a secondary side signal induction coil and at least one signal output end. The shaft rotating portion is provided with a joining end surface for bonding to a holder, a secondary side power induction coil and a primary side signal induction coil, and is rotatable with respect to the spindle fixing portion. The power transmission component transmits an electrical energy from the power input end. The signal transmission component transmits a holder signal to the signal output end. Each of the power and signal transmission components includes at least one elastic pogo pin.

    Abstract: A clamping and positioning device includes a base, a rotary member, a moving assembly and an elastic member. The rotary member is rotatably disposed on the base and includes a stopping surface facing the base. The moving assembly includes a moving member movably disposed on the base to have a first and a second position. When being at the first position, the moving member is pressed against the rotary member to allow the stopping surface to apply a normal force to the base; when being at the second position, a gap is formed between the moving member and the rotary member so the normal force applied by the stopping surface of the rotary member is released from the base. The elastic member has two ends connected to the base and the moving member, respectively. The elastic member normally causes the moving member to be at the first position.

    Abstract: A rotation mechanism includes a mandrel, a rotation axle, a needle roller bearing and an angular bearing. The mandrel includes a shaft portion, a first annular contact portion and a second annular contact portion. The shaft portion has an outer surface, and the first annular contact portion and the second annular contact portion are located on the outer surface and respectively surround the axis of the mandrel. The rotation axle includes an annular portion, a third annular contact portion and a fourth annular contact portion. The annular portion has a shaft hole and an inner surface forming the shaft hole. The third annular contact portion and the fourth annular contact portion are located on the inner surface, and the mandrel passes through the shaft hole. The needle roller bearing is in contact with the first annular contact portion and the third annular contact portion, and is located between them.
