Abstract: Systems, apparatuses, methods, and computer-readable media are provided for simultaneous uplink transmission from a user equipment (UE) using multiple antenna panels and/or targeting multiple transmission-reception points (TRPs). For example, techniques for codebook-based and/or non-codebook based transmission from multiple antenna panels are described. Embodiments further include techniques for codebook subset configuration. Furthermore, embodiments include techniques for power control and/or power sharing for transmissions from a UE to multiple TRPs. Other embodiments may be described or claimed.

Abstract: A user equipment (UE) can include processing circuitry configured to decode control information of a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) received via a resource within a control resource set (CORESET) occupying a subset of a plurality of OFDM symbols within a slot. At least one of the symbols in the subset coincides with a pre-defined symbol location associated with a demodulation reference signal (DM-RS) of a PDSCH. The DM-RS can be detected within the slot, the DM-RS starting at a symbol location that is shifted from the pre-defined symbol location and following the subset of symbols. Downlink data scheduled by the PDCCH and received via the PDSCH can be decoded, where the decoding is based on the detected DM-RS.

Abstract: The disclosure is directed to systems and methods for multicast and broadcast services (MBS) for a wireless network including transmitting to a user equipment (UE) a signaling configuration for reception by the UE of multicast and broadcast services (MBS) in a low quality of service (QOS) multicast or broadcast delivery using an multicast control channel (MCCH) carried over a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) scheduled by a downlink control information (DCI) holding a cyclic redundancy check (CRC) scrambled with a dedicated radio network temporary identifier (RNTI) identifying the low QoS or broadcast reception capability of the UE. The method includes monitoring by the UE a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) cell specific search space (CSS) configured for MBS for the DCI scheduling, the PDSCH carrying the MCCH in the DCI. The PDCCH CSS is configured for a CORESET #0 for the UE in RRC_CONNECTED/IDLE mode, the monitoring in Type0 PDCCH CSS or Type0A PDCCH CSS configured as part of a PDCCH-ConfigCommon configuration.

Abstract: Systems, apparatuses, methods, and computer-readable media are provided for channel state information (CSI)-reference signal (RS) triggering for multiple user equipments (UEs) using a single downlink control information (DCI). In some embodiments, a new radio network temporary identifier (RNTI) may be used to indicate triggering of CSI-RS transmission for multiple UEs. Additionally, or alternatively, a new DCI format may be used that supports CSI-RS triggering for multiple UEs. The techniques described herein may provide reduced DCI overhead compared with prior techniques. Other embodiments may be described and claimed.
