摘要: Embodiments of this application provide a broadcast communication method and apparatus. An identifier of a first broadcast service is sent to a radio access network device, so that the radio access network device can identify the same first broadcast service in different networks. The radio access network device may send data of the broadcast service in a first network by using a resource that has been allocated to the first broadcast service in a second network. In other words, in this application, the radio access network device may share an air interface resource for a same broadcast service in different networks, so as to save transmission resources of the radio access network device and avoid a waste of air interface resources.

A first node receives a first reference signal group; maintains a first counter; and transmits a target signal; a measurement performed on the first reference signal group is used to determine a first-type received quality group, and the first-type received quality group is used to maintain the first counter; in response to a value of the first counter being not less than a first threshold, the target signal is triggered; the target signal comprises a first signal; when a first condition is not satisfied, the target signal comprises a second signal; when the first condition is satisfied, the target signal does not comprise the second signal; the first signal is used to determine a first reference signal; the second signal is used to determine a second reference signal.

In this application, a receive end corresponding to an MBS session is not always in an RRC connected state, and the method can avoid maintaining a large quantity of receive ends corresponding to the MBS session in the RRC connected state for a long term, and further save processing resources of the access network device.

摘要: An offline retail machine comprising a short-range transceiver, one or more processors, and memory performs communications operations via one or more mobile devices. The communications operations include establishing via the short-range transceiver a connection with a first mobile device, and transmitting first information to the first mobile device. Upon not receiving an acknowledgement that the first information was received by a remote server, the offline retail machine maintains the first information in the memory and establishes, via the short-range transceiver, a connection with a second mobile device, appends the first information to second information, and transmits the first and second information to the second mobile device. Upon receiving acknowledgement that the first and second information were received by a remote server, the offline retail machine deletes the first and second information.
