Abstract: Received Signal Strength Indicator (RSSI) is measured accurately even in a case where a discovery signal is transmitted. A receiver receives a plurality of subframes, at least one of which includes a discovery signal, and a measurer measures Reference Signal Reception Power (RSRP) using a first resource in which the discovery signal is mapped, measures RSSI using a second resource different from the first resource for which the discovery signal is mapped, and calculates Reference Signal Reception Quality (RSRQ) using RSRP and RSSI.

Abstract: A communication device includes: a communication unit configured to perform wireless communication; and a control unit configured to allocate respective resources for communication with a plurality of terminal devices in which at least any of bandwidths or central frequencies of channels to be used is different. The control unit allocates a first control channel to be commonly transmitted to the plurality of terminal devices to a first region overlapping between the respective channels of the plurality of terminal devices in a region in which the resources are allocated. The control unit allocates a second control channel to be individually transmitted to each of the plurality of terminal devices to a second region different from the first region.

Abstract: Processing relaxation for aperiodic channel state information (CSI) reference signal (CSI-RS) is discussed for networks that include full dimension multiple input, multiple output (FD-MIMO) operations. A user equipment (UE) operating in such a system monitors for the presence of aperiodic CSI-RS. When such aperiodic CSI-RS are detected, the UE may provide process relaxation in CSI reporting by transmitting aperiodic CSI reporting according to an uplink shared channel limitation, or by relaxing the processing of the aperiodic CSI reporting transmitted by the UE, or a combination of both.

Abstract: Provided is a transmitter which improves the flexibility of SRS resource allocation without increasing the amount of signaling for notifying the cyclic shift amount. In the transmitter, with regard to each basic shift amount candidate group having a basic shift amount from 0 to N−1, a transmission control unit (206) specifies the actual shift amount imparted to a cyclic shift sequence used in scrambling a reference signal transmitted from each antenna port, said specification being performed based on a table in which cyclic shift amount candidates correspond to each antenna port, and based on setting information transmitted from a base station (100). With regard to basic shift amount candidates for shift amount X, the table differentiates between an offset pattern comprising offset values for cyclic shift amount candidates corresponding to each antenna port and an offset pattern corresponding to basic shift amount candidates of X+N/2.
