Abstract: Various embodiments herein provide techniques related to a user equipment (UE). In embodiments, the UE may identify occurrence of a triggering event related to a configured preconfigured measurement gap (pre-MG). Further, the UE may check, based on occurrence of the triggering event, a status of the configured pre-MG.
