    摘要: A high-density fermentation process for high yield production of swine growth hormone by transformant E. coli is described. The process employs transformant strains of E. coli containing an expression vector coding for swine growth hormone under the control of a bacteriophage lambda promoter-operator and an expression vector coding for the cI857 temperature-sensitive repressor protein. In the initial growth period, the level of dissolved oxygen in the fermentation medium is maintained at about 20% to 60% saturation and the temperature of the medium is kept between 26.degree. C. and 30.degree. C. Production of swine growth hormone is then induced by raising the temperature of the medium to about 42.degree. C. The temperature is then reduced to about 40.degree. C. to optimize cell growth for the remainder of the induction period, during which the level of dissolved oxygen in the medium is maintained at about 10% to 40% saturation.

    摘要: A method for producing lysocellin in bead form comprises: (a) cultivating a lysocellin-producing microorganism in an aqueous nutrient-containing fermentation broth under lysocellin-producing conditions; (b) adding a base or inorganic phosphate to the fermentation broth within about the first 24 hours of the beginning of the fermentation in an amount sufficient to ensure that the lysocellin is produced in the form of a cation salt of lysocellin; (c) providing a lipid to the fermentation broth such that the lipid is present in the broth in a sufficient amount to form discrete beads with the lysocellin in the fermentation broth; and (d) separating the beads from the broth.

    摘要: A phone display enhancing connection device connects a phone to an extrinsic electronic device having a larger display screen. The device includes a cord having a first end for electronic coupling to a phone and a second end for electronic coupling to an extrinsic electronic apparatus having a display screen larger than a display screen of the phone. A housing is positioned between a first section of the cord and a second section of the cord. A processor positioned in the housing is communicatively coupled between the first end of the cord and the second end of the cord. The processor has translation programming wherein the processor is configured to translate communications between the phone and the extrinsic electronic apparatus for displaying images from the phone on the extrinsic electronic apparatus and controlling the phone using the extrinsic electronic apparatus.
