    摘要: A vibration generating system (100) for elastography equipment and a control method thereof, elastography equipment, a method for controlling the vibration generating system (100) for elastography equipment, a method for operating the elastography equipment, and a corresponding computer-readable medium. The vibration generating system (100) for elastography equipment comprises: a control unit (1), a pressure source (2), a pressure regulating unit (3), and a vibration transmitting unit (4). The pressure regulating unit (3) is in fluidic communication with the pressure source (2) and the vibration transmitting unit (4), respectively. The vibration transmitting unit (4) is used to transmit vibration according to a pressure acting thereon. The control unit (1) is coupled with the pressure regulating unit (3). The control unit (1) is configured to obtain a control parameter by using a look-up table module (12) according to inputted elastography conditions, so as to control the pressure regulating unit (3).

    摘要: The invention relates inter alia to an elastography device having at least one excitation unit (10) for generating mechanical tissue movements in human or animal tissue, and an image-recording device.It is provided according to the invention that the excitation unit (10) has: at least one pressure source (20, 20a), at least one pressure-dependently operating actuator (40, 60, 70, 200) for generating mechanical movements, at least one controllable valve (30, 300, 310, 400) which is arranged between pressure source (20, 20a) and actuator (40, 60, 70, 200) in terms of gas flow and the valve position of which influences the pressure acting on the actuator (40, 60, 70, 200), and a control device (50) which is connected to a control port of the valve (30, 300, 310, 400) and which actuates the valve (30, 300, 310, 400) and defines the valve position thereof and, in order to generate the mechanical tissue movements, varies the valve position, and thus the pressure acting on the actuator (40, 60, 70, 200), over the course of time.

    摘要: The invention relates to a device to produce mechanical oscillations in a research object using magnetic resonance elastography (MRE) with a membrane that can be set into periodic motion (312) and a transmission element (4, 400) for the transmission of periodic motion of the membrane (312) onto the research object (1), whereby the membrane (312) is connected to the transmission element (4, 400) by means of a mounting medium (311, 320, 321, 322) in such a way that periodic motion of the membrane is transmitted over the mounting medium (311, 320, 321, 322) to the transmission element (4, 400). A second aspect relates to the invention of a device with a step motor to generate periodic motion and a transmission element for the transmission of the periodic motion of the step motor to the research object in order to generate mechanical oscillation therein. The invention also relates to a procedure for the magnetic resonant elastographic determination of biomechanical characteristics of tissue with steps: c) excitation of mechanical oscillations using a frequency of fv in which n is the tissue to be researched; d) proof of mechanical oscillation within the tissue using magnetic resonance, whereby a periodic magnetic field with a repeat time of TR≦1/fv is used on the tissue.

Said method comprises the following steps: at least one mechanical wave that oscillates primarily or exclusively perpendicular to the direction of propagation thereof is excited in the tissue (31) which has first elastic properties at least at one first point in time and second elastic properties differing from the first elastic properties at least at one second point in time; and a first deflection or deflection rate of an oscillation of the wave is determined at the first point in time as a measure of the first elastic properties, and a second deflection or deflection rate of an oscillation of the wave is determined at the second point in time as a measure of the second elastic properties.
