Abstract: A performance assessment device for evaluating a building management system (BMS). The device includes a communication interface. The communication interface is configured to communicate with a BMS network, the BMS network in communication with the BMS. The device further includes a processing circuit. The processing circuit is configured to receive data related to the BMS via the communication interface. The processing circuit is further configured to evaluate the received BMS data to generate a current status of the BMS inventory, and to further generate an assessment of the BMS performance. The assessment of the BMS performance includes one or more performance metrics associated with the performance of the BMS.

Abstract: A universal gateway device includes a first network interface circuit and a second network interface circuit. The first network interface circuit is utilized to communicate over a first network associated with an Internet of Things (IoT) management system utilizing a first communications protocol. The second network interface circuit is utilized to communicate over a second network associated with an IoT device utilizing a second communications protocol that is different from the first communications protocol. The first network interface circuit generates a virtual device representation of the IoT device on the first network. The virtual device representation is utilized to communicate data from the IoT device over the first network utilizing the first communications protocol.

Abstract: A system for connecting a building device to a server includes a building network device including a processing circuit configured to receive one or more point identifier values from the building device via a building network. Each of the one or more point identifier values identifies a data point of the building device. The processing circuit is configured to receive one or more rules for generating a communication model for the building device from one or more memory devices. The processing circuit is configured to generate the communication model for the building device based on the received one or more point identifier values and the received one or more rules, receive, via the building network, data for the data points from the building device, and send, via the second network, the received data for the data points to corresponding data points on the server based on the communication model.

The instructions cause the one or more processors to generate a time correlated reliability data stream for the data point, the time correlated reliability data stream comprising a plurality of reliability values indicating reliability of the values of the plurality of data samples of the data point.

The instructions cause the one or more processors to identify, based on a relational model, one or more relationships between one or more building entities and the building entity, wherein the one or more relationships indicate that exercising the building entity affects operation of the one or more building entities and identify that the building is experiencing a performance issue by analyzing the building entity data and the one or more relationships.
