Abstract:
An individual area controller of an industrial equipment management system controls access to an individual area which is a storage area that is associated with an individual ID on a server, based on the individual ID. A group area controller controls access to a group area which is a storage area that is associated with a group ID on a server, based on the individual ID that belongs to the group ID. A copy restrictor restricts copying of equipment information about an industrial equipment that is stored in the group area to the individual area.
Abstract:
A motor control device includes DC voltage circuitry which obtains a DC voltage, an inverter which converts the DC voltage obtained by the DC voltage circuitry into an AC voltage that is output to a motor, a voltage detector which detects the DC voltage obtained by the DC voltage circuitry, and regenerative controller circuitry which controls actuation of the regenerative circuit based on the DC voltage detected by the voltage detector. The regenerative controller circuitry waits until a predetermined waiting time period has elapsed and thereafter actuates a regenerative circuit in the DC voltage circuitry, independently of actuation control by second regenerative controller circuitry in a second motor control device that also obtains the DC voltage, after the voltage detector detects that the DC voltage exceeds a predetermined threshold voltage.
Abstract:
A programming assistance device includes a program storage unit that stores a first program comprising a first set of time series jobs and stores a second program comprising a second set of time series jobs. Each job of the first program defines at least one operation of a first robot, and the first program is configured to be performed along a shared time line. Additionally, each job of the second program defines at least one operation of a second robot, and the second program is configured to be performed along the shared time line. The programming assistance device further includes circuitry that identifies a verification target time in the shared time line based, at least in part, on a user designation, and generates, based on the first program and the second program, a job image indicating at least one of the first set of time series jobs executed by the first robot and at least one job of the second set of time series jobs executed by the second robot at the verification target time designated in the shared time line.
Abstract:
A receiver of an industrial equipment management system receives setting information to be set for an industrial equipment. A generator generates identification information in a case where the setting information is received, and associates the identification information with the setting information. An equipment manager associates, in a case where setting of the industrial equipment is performed based on the setting information associated with the generated identification information, individual identification information on the industrial equipment with the identification information.
