Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a Clostridium sp. JS66 strain producing metabolites having 4 to 6 carbon atoms in a high yield. The strain produces metabolites having 6 carbon atoms in a significantly high yield while reducing the production of acetic acid and ethanol as by-products.
