Abstract: Provided is a fluid monitoring method including photographing a particle in a flowing fluid using a first camera, photographing the particle using a second camera spaced apart from the first camera, and analyzing the particle using images captured by each of the first camera and the second camera, in which the analyzing of the particle includes calculating a volume of the particle, calculating a velocity of the particle moving in the fluid, calculating a density of the particle using the volume and the velocity, and identifying a type of the particle using the density.

Abstract: Provided is a system for real-time condition diagnosis of a bearing module including a self-power generation module installed in an outer ring of a bearing to generate electricity using vibration generated from a micro whirling motion of the bearing, a behavior detection unit installed in the bearing to detect behavior information of the bearing in real time, a wireless transmission module connected to the behavior detection unit to transmit the real-time detected behavior information of the bearing to an external device, and a condition diagnosis unit that receives the behavior information of the bearing transmitted from the wireless transmission module and diagnoses condition of the bearing in real time, wherein the real-time behavior information of the behavior detection unit installed in the bearing is transmitted through the electricity obtained by the self-power generation module.

Abstract: A turbomachine according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may include a rotary shaft, a magnetic bearing including a core body configured to surround the rotary shaft, a plurality of poles radially extending from an inner surface of the core body toward the rotary shaft, and coils wound around the plurality of poles to levitate the rotary shaft by using a magnetic force generated by a magnetic field formed by applied electric current, a sleeve journal bearing disposed between the rotary shaft and the magnetic bearing so as to surround the rotary shaft and configured to levitate the rotary shaft by generating a dynamic pressure when the rotary shaft rotates, and a permanent magnet disposed between the plurality of poles and configured to support the rotary shaft by using a magnetic force.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides an Anderon meter for cryogenic environment including a housing; a control arm installed on an inner circumference of the housing rotatably relative to the housing, and including a pressing portion; and a clamp including a contact portion on a side and an assembly portion on an opposite side, wherein the contact portion is in contact with the pressing portion so that the contact portion is pressed by the pressing portion, and the assembly portion is coupled to an inner circumference of the bearing by interference fit, wherein the pressing portion presses the contact portion by the control of an amount of relative rotation of the control arm and the assembly portion is coupled to the inner circumference of the bearing by interference fit to determine friction characteristics between the inner race of the bearing and the assembly portion.

Abstract: A bearing test apparatus for testing a bearing (hereinafter, referred to as a “test bearing”) has a chamber, a bearing cap disposed in the chamber and coupled to an outer wheel of the test bearing, a driving shaft connected to an inner wheel of the test bearing to rotate the inner wheel, an extension arm extending in a radial direction of the bearing cap from the bearing cap to expose one end thereof out of the chamber, and a measurement arm configured to make a contact with one end of the extension arm and configured to be rotatable by the extension arm, wherein an exclusive torque of the test bearing is obtained by measuring a force applied to the measurement arm by the extension arm when a rotation force is applied to the bearing cap by the outer wheel.
