Individual resource conditions are set in consideration of priority of each solution task. The settings themselves can be changed arbitrarily in accordance with the customer needs. The definition of resource ranks in each customer can be executed again on the prerequisite of the customer's request or the like. While the prerequisite is clarified, design of solution specification and estimation can be performed simultaneously without assignment of resources.
