Abstract: A display device includes a substrate on which a plurality of sub pixels are defined, each sub pixel having an emitting area and a non-emitting area. The display device further includes a thin film transistor disposed in each of the plurality of sub pixels, a planarization layer disposed on the thin film transistor and including a first opening disposed in at least one of the emitting areas, a first electrode disposed on an upper surface of the planarization layer and the first opening in at least one of the plurality of sub pixels and connected to the thin film transistor, and a bank exposing a part of the first electrode on the planarization layer and defining the emitting area. The first electrode includes a first convex and concave pattern formed in an area at the first opening.

Abstract: A display device according to an example of the present specification may include a substrate having a plurality of subpixels disposed thereon, a plurality of transistors respectively disposed in the plurality of subpixels on the substrate, and a plurality of first electrodes respectively disposed on the plurality of transistors and connected to the plurality of transistors. Each first electrode includes a reflective layer and a transparent conductive layer disposed on the reflective layer. The display device may further include a plurality of light-emitting parts respectively disposed on the plurality of first electrodes, and a second electrode disposed on the light-emitting parts. The transparent conductive layer includes a first portion configured to adjoin the reflective layer and a second portion spaced apart from the reflective layer.

Abstract: According to embodiments of the present disclosure, there may be provided a display device and a driving method thereof. A first subpixel is electrically connected to a first data line and a first reference voltage line, a second subpixel is electrically connected to the first data line and a second reference voltage line different from the first reference voltage line, and magnitudes of a voltage supplied to the first reference voltage line and a voltage supplied to the second reference voltage line are different from each other. Thus, it is possible to efficiently improve a moving picture response time.
