    Abstract: A transparent display device includes: a substrate including an emission area and a first transparent area; first, second, and third pixel regions on the substrate and including the emission area and the first transparent area; a first bank on the substrate; a first opening surrounded by the first bank and corresponding to the first pixel region; a second opening surrounded by the first bank and corresponding to the second pixel region; a third opening surrounded by the first bank and corresponding to the third pixel region; a plurality of second banks overlapping at least one of the first, second, and third openings, and overlapping the first bank; and a light-emitting diode on the first, second, and third openings on the substrate.

    Abstract: A transparent display device includes a substrate on which a pixel including an emission area and a first transparent area is defined, and a light-emitting diode provided in the emission area and including a first electrode, a light-emitting layer, and a second electrode. The transparent display device further includes an anti-deposition layer provided in the first transparent area. The height of the light-emitting layer at an edge area of the emission area is higher than the height of the light-emitting layer at a center area of the emission area. Further, the second electrode is disposed over the entire surface excluding the first transparent area, and the height of the anti-deposition layer at an edge area of the first transparent area is higher than the height of the anti-deposition layer at a center area of the first transparent area.

    Abstract: An organic light-emitting diode display device according to an embodiment includes a substrate on which red, green and blue sub-pixel regions are defined, first electrodes in the red, green and blue sub-pixel regions, respectively, and first, second and third light-emitting layers on the first electrodes in the red, green and blue sub-pixel regions, respectively. The organic light-emitting diode display device further includes a second electrode on the first, second and third light-emitting layers, and red, green and blue color filters disposed on the second electrode and corresponding to the red, green and blue sub-pixel regions, respectively, wherein a thickness of the first light-emitting layer is smaller than a thickness of the second light emitting layer.

    Abstract: An OLED display device includes a substrate; pixel regions defined by gate and data lines, each pixel region including red, green, first blue and second blue sub-pixels; a TFT in each pixel region; a first electrode connected to the thin film transistor; an insulating layer exposing the first electrode; hole injecting and hole transporting layers stacked on the first electrode; red, green and blue emitting layer on the hole transporting layer, the red and green emitting layers respectively being in the red and green sub-pixels, and the blue emitting layer being in the first and second blue sub-pixels; electron transporting and electron injecting layers stacked on the red, green and blue emitting layers; and a second electrode on the insulating layer and the electron injecting layer, wherein the first electrode in the second blue sub-pixel has a multi-layered structure of the first electrode layer and at least one metal layer.

    Abstract: A transparent display device includes a substrate on which a pixel including first, second, and third emission areas and first and second transparent areas arranged along a first direction is defined, a light-emitting diode disposed in each of the first, second, and third emission areas and including a first electrode, a light-emitting layer, and a second electrode, and an auxiliary electrode extending in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction and electrically connected to the second electrode. The first emission area and the auxiliary electrode are disposed between the first transparent area and the second transparent area, and the second transparent area includes a first portion between the first emission area and the second emission area. Further, the first transparent area has a higher transmittance than the second transparent area.
